Recently, my HVAC system stopped working and based on the positive reviews I had heard about Derek from Delta T, I decided to give him a call. After explaining the issue, he promptly visited to inspect the system. Derek was remarkably thorough, starting from the basics and meticulously working through the entire system. He explained each step clearly until he identified a hairline crack in a capillary.

At that point, Derek took the time to ensure I fully understood all available options, including the pros and cons of each. I also inquired about the possibility of expanding the system to cover additional square footage, and Derek provided detailed estimates for each option. There was no hard sales pitch—just straightforward facts and information.

Derek's extensive knowledge, fair approach, and transparent pricing were impressive. I highly recommend his services.
