I contacted Dynamic Air for water leaking down my wall out my vent. Mr. Hughes came out the next day and fixed my problem while he was there. He didn't give me the run around and take days to fix my unit.

He was very thorough, informative & professional. They have great prices & customer service is superb! I will always use Dynamic Air for all my AC needs.

Working with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions was fantastic. They designed our new system, listening to our requirements, and fully explained everything they proposed; even willingly answering all our questions which can get quite technical since I like to understand what I'm buying. Their installation was thorough, timely and completed quickly. They took the time to ensure zoning, smart home integration and online access were all working. Very happy with the outcome and will work with Dynamic again!

Kenneth Hughes is fantastic. He gave us his rates right over the phone and told us he could be here the same day we called. It was on very short notice and on a SUNDAY! He was very professional and extremely nice. He fixed our A/C by replacing the capacitor in less than 10 minutes after arriving. We will always use Mr. Hughes and recommend him to everyone. Outstanding service! Kenneth arrived at our home earlier than the designated appointment time, which was much appreciated considering it was already 5pm. I was impressed with his ability to provide same day service, and within minutes of looking at our Nest and HVAC system, he’d identified the problem and was well on his way to fixing it. He took the time to explain the issue, and how the system operated in the changing weather - which will definitely come in useful as we get used to having the Nest in our home. We thought we’d installed the system correctly, but that wasn’t the case. I highly recommend hiring Dynamic Air Climate Solutions to install the Nest system, and explain how it works (as the directions that come with it aren’t clear). You won’t be disappointed!

Our AC went out during the hottest week of summer and Kenneth was a godsend! His prices were very reasonable and better than other quotes we had received. I booked an appointment to have a Nest thermostat installed for Saturday morning (May 11, 2019). My existing thermostat had died (more on that later). Kenneth came out around 11am. What an absolutely great experience with not only a great person personality-wise, but VERY knowledgeable and VERY helpful. Kenneth also determined quickly that my thermostat had not died,. My unit had blown a fuse and this cut the power to the thermostat. Not only did Kenneth quickly replace the fuse and install the thermostat, but he was very helpful getting me signed up with a Nest account - helping me find the app and showing me exactly what I needed to do. He also patiently walked me through how to use this awesome high-tech piece of equipment. I am a very satisfied customer! I hope to use Kenneth for my annual A/C service that I hope to book soon!

Kenneth, the owner, is fantastic. He spent at least an hour showing us how everything worked even after a full day installing our unit. The whole crew was friendly and courteous. Plus our dogs loved them... Will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

Kenneth came to the rescue after a bad experience with another HVAC company. The previous company had done damage to my system when trying to diagnose an issue and refused to take ownership of their mistake. Kenneth came out on short notice, quoted a reasonable price to fix the initial issue, and was even able to save me a ton of money by repairing the part damaged by the other technician which said it couldn't be repaired. Throughout the initial communication, through to the repair and closeout of the work Kenneth was always professional and explained each step. When this system does finally give out, I know who I will be calling to put in the new one. Thanks Kenneth!

This is one of the best companies we have ever used. We called Kenneth after we had another local company come out to do routine maintenance on our AC Unit. Conveniently enough, after this other company performed routine “maintenance” on our unit (that up until that time was running perfectly) the unit stopped working completely in 90 degree weather. This other company said it would cost us near $5,000 and said they would have someone call us and come out to look at it again (which never happened).

Having my elderly mother in the house as well as several animals, we called Kenneth near closing time and he rushed to our service. He was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful and solved the problem in a timely manner. He actually found out that our unit (being under 10 years old) was under warranty, which saved us literally thousands of dollars. Even after the unit was fixed, he called us to check on us and chat and make sure everything was still running smoothly.

This guy actually cares about his clients and isn’t just money hungry or trying to cheat people out of their money. I cannot recommend him highly enough and he will 100% be getting our family’s business in the future.

My wife and I needed to get an old basic thermostat replaced and decided to order a 3rd Gen Nest thermostat. I thought I could install it myself but noticed that the one that was sent was a Pro. I decided to look up a Pro installer for my area and saw that there were several to choose from. I chose to go with Dynamic Air Climate Solutions after reading so many other excellent reviews for the installer Kenneth. I was so happy that I did. Kenneth showed up with another guy, Rod, to help him and they were very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They even offered to remove their shoes at the door. Nowadays, so many people that come to work on something for you do not even care to ask if they should do that. I was so impressed with him, that I got him to install a Nest Protect that I needed installed. If you are looking for an excellent installer in the Madison County, AL area that will do excellent work with a great attitude and not charge you an arm and a leg, choose Dynamic Air Climate Solutions! We will not have anyone else do our air or tech installation work any more.

Our air went out and the company we used for a long time was no longer in business. I looked for a new contractor and am a firm believer of reviews and Kenneth had a large amount of positive reviews. I called him the next morning not expecting same day service and he was there that afternoon. He showed us throughout the whole process what he was doing and where the issues were. The unit is old and it was bad dirty and he cleaned every element, crevice, and cranny as he was hoping along with us that that was the issue trying to find the most cost effective fix first. Unfortunately, after putting the unit back together the motor was shot. Kenneth took his entire evening to find the new motor for our old unit which many other companies would have said we will see you on Monday (especially with Alabama playing at 2 on Sat) and stayed till he knew we had cold air again. Also, we decided to high tech it with the Nest thermostat. He installed the Nest quickly and explained the many features and ways we can save on energy. But, what we especially liked was getting to know him as many businesses just do what they have to at a minimal and leave. So if you are looking for a professional business that really cares about the customer, product, and at a very reasonable cost Dynamic Air Climate Solutions, LLC is the company to use!!!

Amazingly fast service. My air conditioner needed servicing on an extremely hot day. I called Kenneth and he showed up as soon as he finished a project he was working. Great person to talk with and he obviously loves his work and take pride in it!!! I'll definitely recommend him to others and use him in the future!

Kenneth was very professional and helpful.. Our ac unit and duct work needed to be replaced. He went over some options with us and explained everything well. He brought over portable air units for us to use while our ac system was being replaced. Then helped us setup our Nest system and showed us how everything worked.. Kenneth and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process. They replaced my entire 2-unit system to a 1-unit, high efficiency unit. It was a lot of work and was done professionally. Kenneth was good at communicating everything they were doing and inspired confidence in my decision to pursue an entirely new system. This company was GREAT to work with and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing an heating/cooling system.

Great service and price. Service call was to install a Nest Pro thermostat. They had one that costs less the one I had purchased. However the box was different. Kenneth Hughes called Nest so I could talk with them to be assured the products were the same, would work with my hybrid unit and I would have. 5 year warranty AND a $55 product savings. He not only installed the thermostat but made sure my husband and I both had the correct apps on our phone with all information completed and we knew how to use the app and thermostat before he left. Also checked our system while here. Great service. Highly recommend.

In March 2020, Kenneth installed a new Trane unit in some rental property for me. I was very impressed with the quality of work, the promptness, the professionalism, and the fair price charged for the installation and equipment.

Kenneth is awesome. I was having consistrnt issues with my unit, and he quickly was able to get everything straightened out, and even gave me pointers on what i could do if they arose again. He also configured my thermostat to help me save even more money. He is very responsive, and was very informative about all the questions that I had asked him.

Review update :
Had to call because my nest thermostat started having abnormal issues. Kenneth was quick with giving me the info about what the issue could be. I'm renting so I have to connect my landlord firstut if they can't fix the issue I will be contacting them to correct the issue with my system.

Kenneth has done work for me for 5+years. He has always been punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He does great work & is affordable! I like that he leaves me with updates on my unit and “what I can do” to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

We called Dynamic today and they were able to send someone out within an hour that was in the area. The receptionist was courteous and let us know that parts might not be available due to the holiday and weather. Luckily, no parts were needed. The service man took his time and let us know ways we can improve heating efficiency and checked our units. It turned out the previous owner had left the heat strip unplugged. He came in wearing a mask which was great and was very nice. I’d highly recommend!
