I had no heat with a forecast of sub-freezing temps. Garrison and Garrison got a tech out right away to diagnose the problem. He was great - courteous and knowledgeable - and although they didn’t have the part for an immediate fix, he was able to get it the following day and get it installed. My heat came on instantly!
Kudos to Antonio for correctly diagnosing what was needed and working to get the part asap. I definitely would call on this company again.

Roberto and Myles were very prompt , informative and efficient ! What originally was quoted to be a day and half install of my new system only took them a 1 day instead ! The prices for Garrison & Garrison were great and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future . Highly recommend!

Garrison and Garrison HVAC has been awesome to work with on my AC home replacement system. David Johnson came out and explained all of the different options and recommended a great system for us. He's also been very responsive, checked on how the system has been performing and has answered any questions we've had. The install team (Chase, Jared, and Niles) did a stellar job! The new American Standard Silver Series system is functioning fantastic so far. Highly recommend this company!! A+++++!!

I asked Garrison and Garrison to come look at my business HVAC system. They sent someone out almost immediately. They were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my unit takes a product they no longer use (my unit is really old and outdated). They were so helpful and gave me more than enough information to get the unit fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

Once again, Garrison & Garrison proves to me that they are the best. We needed a new upstairs heat/air unit & Beau and Brent came out to install one. They were polite and worked hard. My daughter has had great experience w/G&G and recommended them. I called for a quote. They were here the next day, on time. Three other companies I got quotes from sent technicians who knew the systems, but didn't know how to explain the different warranties, discounts, etc., and none of them even mentioned tax rebates and credits! G&G sent a dedicated sales person who had been with G&G for 36 years! Very knowledgable. He was able to recommend a purchase strategy that took advantage of tax benefite and allowed me to upgrade to a higher quality, higher tonnage system for less!

I had a new HVAC unit installed today. The technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A very fast install.

Excellent job by Beau, Brent & Nick. R&R of HVAC system was efficient & professional. The entire team took time to answer all questions and provide instructions. We have been long-term customers and plan to continue using their expertise.

Roberto and Nyles replaced our hvac system today! They were very polite and respectful! They did a great job, showed us how to use the updated thermostat, and made sure everything was in good working order before they left!

Josh was also very nice and easy to work with as we decided which system would work best for our home.

Noticed my HVAC unit was short cycling. Tried a reset but no improvement. Knowing this problem could end up damaging the compressor I called Garrison & Garrison for help. They sent a Tech out a couple hours later. He found a couple parts on the unit had failed. The parts were ordered and he came back out and installed them. The unit is now working perfectly. All I can say is great professional job all the way around! Kudos to the Garrison & Garrison team!!!!!

Roberto, Nick and Danny showed up on time! They were all very polite and worked hard all day to get our new unit installed and working properly. Customer service has been wonderful thus far!

Despite several unexpected obstacles and over 93 degree heat, Roberto, Juan and Danny powered through to replace our HVAC and furnace. They repaired a faulty exhaust system and, bless their hearts, climbed all the way through the attic to the opposite end of the house to upgrade a vent in the oppressive mid afternoon heat. Forever grateful for their dedication, the great job, and through it all, their polite and upbeat attitude. Every company should represent as well as these three young men represented Garrison and Garrison.

The entire team did a great job. Our unit failed on a Wednesday, and we had a written estimate within a few hours after calling. The new unit was fully functional less than a week later. The project was complicated by a challenging landscape, requiring a new pad, and additional duct work to accommodate the larger unit. The team worked well together, communicated throughout the day, and did excellent work. Thanks Roberto and Nick!

My technician was Nick Day. Nick was very polite and did an exceptional job in servicing our units. He was knowledgeable and kept me posted on any issues that I might have with my units. Thank you Nick for your great service and through inspection.

The absolute best! We had another company come out and diagnosis thousands of dollars of work. Their temporary fix was completely wrong. The technicians at Garrison & Garrison came out, took their time, and found the faults that were causing the non-functional system. I am telling everyone I know about this ethical and professional company. I really appreciate honest companies.

Josh and the rest of the team provided excellent customer service as well as prompt repair of our HVAC system. The subcontractor our builder hired to install the system did a terrible job and refused to fixed their mistakes. We called G&G who promptly came out, diagnosed the problems, including parts that weren’t up to code then sent an entire crew to fix everything.

Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about this company. Keep it up!

Our HVAC unit completely shut down. A diagnosis by another HVAC company determined that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. I was provided quotes for replacing the compressor and the air handler. I called Garrison & Garrison for a second quote on a new unit. A company sales representative, Carl, worked me in on short notice. Upon his arrival, I explained the problem and diagnosis by another company. Looking at the unit and making a couple of quick tests, he demonstrated that there was nothing wrong with the compressor and the problem likely was a short in the air handler. I asked if he could schedule a diagnostic assessment before I made a decision on the purchase of a new unit. Carl and Josh arrived the next morning to conduct a second assessment. In less than 3 minutes they pinpointed the problem (it was a short in the air handler), made repairs and the system was back up and cooling just fine saving me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. It is my personal observation and experience that these two representatives of Garrison & Garrison demonstrated the highest level of technical expertise, professionalism, honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this company. Garrison & Garrison is now my go-to company for HVAC services.

G & G is TOP NOTCH! Technician called ahead and was on time. Clean cut, personable and very professional. This was a service and checkup visit. Appreciated the fact that he performed in a very professional. Found nothing wrong and did not try to "sell" me something I did not need. I did set up an account I was so impressed!
