Hunter Mechanical, Greg Pope & Crew installed a new system in my home in Feb 2019. Extremely pleased with the professional install. I was impressed with my first utility bill. The efficiency of the system recommended certainly does make a difference in the comfort of your home. If you are looking for a honest technician and reasonable pricing I do not believe you’ll find a better man than Mr. Pope.

Hunter Mechanical installed our HVAC system in 2012. We haven’t had any issues with our units. We are currently in the process of selling our home, and we needed additional information for our buyers. Greg and his crew are the best. They are knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I also noticed how well my system kept up with the recent cold we’ve had and have exceeded my expectations! I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been using Hunter Mechanical since 2008 and I always receive the same outstanding service. They installed my HVAC system in 2011 and have used them for my annual service. When I call for any emergency service if they are not there that day it is the next morning. Very knowledgeable with a customer focus and no job is to small as I’ve relied on them for a Private Organization fixing many electrical needs. Outstanding business!

Greg has always been my go to guy for my HVAC work. He saved the day again recently when my unit quit. Made a call and He had a new unit there the next morning and was installed before i could get home from work. The install looks very professional and we are back up and running again!! ?Highly Recommended!!!

I highly recommend Hunter Heating and Air Conditioning for their prompt response to a problem with my heating unit this morning. Mr. Pope arrived at my home within an hour of being contacted to work on the unit. He identified the problem and repaired the unit within a few minutes . Hunter Heating and Air Conditioning will be my go-to business for any future HVAC services.

Hunter mechanical installed my system when I built my house. They did a good job then. I have tried to get them back out to fix or diagnose the problems with my system and have given them over year to come out and fix it, they are unresponsive and basically lie to me about when they are going to come back out. I would not have them fix or install anything in my house after there terrible response. I do not know what happened to them but they are not the same people that installed the system.

We began having a problem with our 15 year old hvac system on the evening of Thursday 6/5. A neighbor recommended Hunter Heating and Air so my husband left a voice mail with the owner and the business. We had received no response by Friday afternoon so my husband called again and was told someone might be out that day or on Monday or Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon, no one had shown up or called. My husband called again on Tuesday and was told he would get a call back that afternoon. By Thursday afternoon, still no call no show so we went with another company who offered to come out the same day. Turns out our system is failing and needs replacement.

It’s fine with us if you didn’t want our business but we would have appreciated the courtesy of a phone call to let us know. We could have found another company sooner and not wasted our time making repeated phone calls.

Unfortunately, the lowest review Google allows is one star because we definitely received “zero star” service.
