I needed my AC unit serviced and inspected. One of the best experiences I have had with a service technician. Ed was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. When it comes to AC, this is the only company I will call.

They have kept my 27 year old HVAC system going for the past 10 years. They are friendly, they respond quickly, they get the job done right and the charges are always reasonable.

After being told by multiple companies that my compressor and coil pack needed to be replaced, we were at our wits end. Was referred to McCormack by our insurance agent and they turned a $5000 + bill into a $250 bill. Now we can be cool and happy throughout the summer. Good, honest people with quality service. Malik was a courteous technician and didn't try to take advantage of our lack of knowledge about HVAC. McCormack Heating and Cooling will be our HVAC repair & servicer from this day forward.

Called them for a repair last week, I worked with their tight schedule. They fitted me in, had the part on the truck and got our AC back up with in an hour of them being their. They may not have the fancy trucks or uniforms but they got it right and at a fair price. Will definitely call again.

These are the nicest people I have ever done business with. My Mom's AC went out the day before she was to have a pacemaker put in. Mr McCormack came out and recommended we install a new unit .The next day he and his crew installed it. Unbelievable service. Thank you so much.

They are professionals when it comes to experience and knowledge but are about the kindest and most caring group of folks we have ever done business with! Everyone can be nice when things are all good, it’s when there’s a problem that you see the true character, they have really shown up for us when we needed their help.

Called for an estimate to replace my multiple units on the house I just bought. Eric came out due to Mr. McCormick wife having surgery. He looked over all the units, took pictures we discussed the units and options. One unit that I was having issues with but was functional he opened the panel and wiggled the ground wire, told me that probably was probably the problem and to buy one from amazon since I was fairly handy I could do it myself to save a service call. I was appreciative, thought great company and service. WRONG, insisted of an estimate I end up with an invoice for the wire wiggle and the invoice stating I did not need new units. Wife called and spoke with a lady and was told that the invoice was the estimate and it said we did not need new units. May be a good company for some but for me total waste of time and money. After the call they did send an estimate… I guess there is that.
