Austin and the whole team at Guin have been awesome! They’ve installed our standby generator and a new heat pump over the last year. Perfect installation on both and great techs. Did our maintenance visit pre-cold weather and all is ready to go.

Thankfully they do plumbing also and set a toilet for our renovated bathroom today. Thanks Austin.

Eric was the tech and did a great job of tracking down the issue and fixing it. He also explained what went wrong, how he fixed it and what to watch for in the future and potential future needs. Very knowledgeable.

Todd was a lifesaver! He was on-time, super professional, and he had us up and running in no time. He also made our 3 year old son’s day by letting him watch and help him outside! Our family will definitely be recommending Guins to all of our family and friends!

Guin was excellent! Dewayne Todd was very knowledgeable and fixed our two issues in under an hour. As a single woman, I really appreciated that the company sent a photo of the technician so I would know who was coming to my house. Efficient, quality service. Shane and his team replaced my heat pump. Guys had to work in my attic, in July, to replace the air handler portion. Very appreciative of their work!

I can unreservedly recommend this company. Our thermostat died on the hottest night of the year so far - around 10 pm. The thermostat was replaced and the job done before midnight. Thank you to the service person (I never saw him so do not have his name) who drove from Pell City to Crestwood to replace this with lightening speed. The total repair time (2 hrs) included the 30 minutes (at least) it must have taken him to get out of bed and drive here. Highly recommend, and thank you so much for the courteous, competent and efficient service. I have witnessed many HVAC horror stories but no drama or price gouging with this company - which is a rarity these days! Thank you Guin for being on call 24 hours a day :)

I’ve needed unexpected weekend service twice this summer, and Guin has come out very quickly and gotten my old HVAC back on so fast!

Can not even describe how much this company’s professionalism means when you’re getting your AC serviced! I trust their prices, I trust their people and time and time again they have served us in the way that is unparalleled to the other companies we have used. Their prices are fair and their staff is the most knowledgeable in the game. It isn’t a dice roll with Guin- it’s a 20/10 service every time that ends up saving you money in the long run!

Excellent service! The salesperson, installation crew and administrative staff were all incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Also, I am extremely pleased with the furnace they installed and with the price charged for the product and labor. The company went to great lengths to make sure I would be a satisfied customer.
