Love JCs! Offers annual service contracts to give my system a checkup. And, when an emergency they work me in. Same day.

They not only did our install at the time the one we had gave out, but since the have always provided great service. Helpful and timely. Appreciate their help maintaining the heat and air at our home.

At approximately 9:45pm on a Thursday evening I heard a loud noise outside my house and the power blinked a couple of times. After checking outside I went throught the house checking appliances making sure everything was working. The upstairs AC had stopped cooling and would not come on. I called JC's Heating and Cooling and left a message for a service call. They called me back the first thing Friday said they would be here before noon. Upon arrival their technician checked all of the equipment both inside and out. Within 20 minutes the diagnosis was made that a power surge had knocked out the main motor in the air handling system. On Monday they were back with a new motor and the system was back cooling the house. A welcome relief since the heat outside is in the 90s and the humidity is almost 60%.

These guys are professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Just know that you should email them to get the most timely response. It was as good experience as one could have if your system is in need of repair.
