I would like to start off by saying: Austin Slay was a nice-Tech, that was giving me info on how this unit was going to set-up. Luke Vaughters, another Freedom Heating & Cooling Tech, he was very knowledgeable, on how the set up was going to be set-up

My outside drainage was blocked in 3 places with roots. Actually had grown through the system. Freedom answered the call through Homeserve. They did a great job, let me know all that was done. I will use them again. I recommend Mathew and Luke .

We had our regulator go bad and Luke Vaughters came out to do the job. We would highly recommend Luke. What convinced us to go with him, he was honest and we felt like we could trust him to do it the right way. we will be asking him by name if we need any plumbing work done.

Anthony is so awesome and our favorite expert!! Very professional, courteous, and experienced in getting the job done in a timely manner. He patiently addressed our questions with such kindness and grace. Thanks for this wonderful service rendered today!

Woke up one morning to find that my house was humid inside. Not a great feeling especially in Alabama summer. Called Norrell Services and they immediately set me up an appointment same day. The technicians that arrived, Anthony Connell & Simon, were phenomenal. Anthony took his time diagnosing everything on my unit and even went over some tips as a homeowner would need to know to keep certain parts clean. After discovering the issue, he quickly went to work and it took them no more than 30-45 minutes. When I tell you that my house was even BETTER than before is an understatement. Thoroughly grateful that I chose Norrell for their service. Will definitely be using them in the future. Also, if you can request techs, I’d advise to request Anthony and Simon. Top notch ACE certified professionals.

Caleb L.and Jessie did an awesome job on servicing my unit. They were very knowledgeable on what I needed to do to keep things going. If I were to choose a service guy it would be them. Thank you 😊

Bill Miller did an excellent job changing our fireplace from wood burning to gas logs. He did a great job cleaning up when completed. Bill also showed us how the burners worked and how to maintain the system.

I called this morning and was told that someone could come out today. They asked a few questions and told me someone would be out today between 12:00-4:00. Colten came out and found the issue. He was very professional. He answered all my questions so I ask him about a HVAC issue I had and he contacted someone for me. I highly recommend Norrell and will be using them again if I have anything else I need addressed.

Logan Smith did a wonderful job getting our ac cooling. We would give him 5 stars for a job well done!!

Jesse did a wonderful job installing our new secondary motor. He was very polite, professional, and informative about what he was doing and what would need to be done in the future to keep our system running efficiently. Thank you, Jesse for your help today you did an awesome job.

Kaleb Acton came to service my heating and air conditioner units today. He was very professional and was able to explain in laymen terms what was needed for the units to work. He arrived on time and seem to care about the fact that further service from an electrician would have to come to replace wiring for the units. I appreciate Kaleb and Freedom. Thanks Kaleb! Kudos!

I’ve used Norrell services several times. In particular, Bill Miller has been outstanding diagnosing and fixing several plumbing issues. Bill has always been extremely competent, always on time, personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Norrell services and Bill Miller.

Matthew worked on both toilets to get the correct flush. But did not fix the problem. Another appointment will be made to pull both toilets and run a long aurger.🤞

Terrific service. Knowledgeable technicians. They spent hours in very cold temperatures getting my new system up and running. They even helped me solve an electrical problem not even related to the new system. Extraordinary folks.

Our service rep, Justin Brannen, arrived on time and gave us a thorough routine Advantage service check. Justin checked both heat and a/c even though it’s November. He cleaned the outside a/c unit and in the garage he checked the lights in the vent to check that they were free off buildup and replaced our filter in the unit. Justin was efficient, explained everything to relay to my husband, and was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Very Happy…and NO cost with the monthly Advantage program.

Jesse Deloney went out of his way to make sure my heating issue was fixed. He was professional and great to work with. I was very happy with Freedom Heating and Cooling and the service I received.

I signed up for the annual HVAC maintenance and plumbing maintenance programs. I received the 1st of two maintenance applications. Caleb and Talin were knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Not only do they represent the company well, they know what they're talking about! Looking forward to a long lasting partnership.

Bill with Norrell was terrific in making a repair on the service line outside between the city shut-off and my main house shut-off. After the location of the leak was found by a leak detection company, his repair was fast and minimally invasive with the outdoor site left just as it had been found for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. Was recovering from surgery and were very happy to go the extra step to help me move items in the way. Very grateful for this company and the personnel they chose to hire.

I scheduled online late morning and had technicians there the same afternoon. They were very professional and fast and even cleaned up after themselves. Our technician was Caleb Lockhart.
