The serviceman gave me a quote and he was very professional and explained everything carefully. My pest control tech was very skilled and sprayed in places that he did not have to spray. They always do their best and I appreciate that.

If you need waterproofing or foundation work done, this is your company! Finding out we needed waterproofing was unexpected and overwhelming but APS made our entire experience so easy. Professional and reliable are understatements. They got us on their schedule quickly, communicated throughout the entire process, sent pictures, and were very detail oriented. We live out of state and are renting our home out and I never worried when I heard from APS, it was a relief working with them during a time like this. I worked mostly with Will who I cannot give enough accolades to. He was so patient in explaining things to me, advocating for our home, and a great listener during a stressful experience. Thank you Will and Jose for taking care of our home and being a company we could trust.

You should definitely use APS Foundation for all of your home needs. Jordan Erwin specifically is a gift to that company. Roman, Daniel and Roberto came out earlier than expected. They did a fantastic job. They had it done in two days. The house smells better and feels better. They added drains all the way around the house, sump pump, and a dehumidifier. Great work all the way around. They cleaned up everything down there, added a plug, and even cleaned up some loose wires and plumbing. Thank you!

The company was quick to respond to my inquiry about the service. A representative was able to come to my home within days and performed a very detailed evaluation of my problems followed by a fairly reasonable estimate of which I excepted. Just after he left I received a call and made an appointment just days later. The crew showed up as scheduled and diligently worked to correct the problems. They cleaned any debris and assured me of the warranty which is transferable. I am very pleased with their work and the companies performance.

We had new center support posts in our full basement as well as piers to front outside of our home to correct foundation issues. We are very pleased with both jobs. The same crew did both jobs and were very efficient and respectful of our property. The outside required all bushes on the front to be dug out. When they were finished they replaced the soil tilled and packed it back in place. Minimal damage to the rest of our yard. All we have to do is replant new bushes. The representative we us is Terry Sherman. He is very knowledgeable and he has helped also for other previous repairs. I highly recommend APS.

Our representative was friendly, courteous, and transparent about our options. This will be the second time we have worked with APS, and they did a wonderful job on our last home before we sold it. I expect the same this time.

We had cracked brick wall. And we contacted few companies for their opinion to repair the problem. They all said it was foundation structure is sinking. APS came and gave me the lowest price to repair. From the time we hire the APS ,they were very professional manner and so friendly. Two workers came and working in hot weather without stopping finished same day. They even patched my porch it has little cracked in the corner. I highly recommend APS foundation repair.

My pool concrete was sinking rapidly and I called 7 companies to lift it back into place and got quotes from 6 of them. From the beginning, Devin the sales representative with APS was reassuring that it could be fixed and was confident that it could be done with only a minimal alteration in the cosmetics of the pad. He was extremely thorough and efficient having a full drawing, plan and quote with potential start date within 45 mins of arriving at my house. APS’s price was one of the most reasonable but the professionalism sold me from the beginning. They were the third company out of the 6 to give me a quote but I told my wife that I thought we would go with them immediately after the initial estimate process. They were able to start about 2 weeks after signing a contract which was very fast compared to the other companies. Tyler and his crew were true craftsmen at what they do. The attention to detail and standard of excellence they held themselves to was on a level you just don’t see that often. They exceeded my expectations in both quality and how quickly they were able to get a very extensive job done. I am beyond impressed and relieved at what they were able to do to stabilize my pool and save me tens of thousands of dollars on a new pad. I had no expectations as far as how it would look, while it could never look like the day it was poured, it was very surprising how eye pleasing they could make it. The sales service and warranty etc. can’t be matched by any service company I’ve ever dealt with in any profession. From Devin to Tyler and his crew to Katie and Tomille in the office, I would recommend APS in any function they could help you with. While my need was concrete lifting, any service they provide I would use and they will be the first and probably only call I would make for any future needs for services they provide. I cannot say enough good about my experience with this company.
