John came yesterday for my seasonal inspection. He was thorough, professional, polite, and very friendly. Minor Issues were identified and repaired, filters inspected (I stay on top of that so not replaced), and I pray my older unit keeps on ticking a bit longer! Thanks for your good service. Artic air was absolutely amazing!! They were very quick to respond. Our air conditioner went out last night and they were here to look at it the following morning!! Fortunately it was an easy fix and they were able to get us up and running in no time!

We just moved into a new home 2 months ago. I think that the previous owners were DIY kinda people and probably have not had professional service since the unit was installed, and it shows. The guys came (Chandler did the inside work and I didn't speak to the other guy outside so I didn't have a name - sorry). They were very thorough and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I had a new H/AC system installed this week. The team arrived in a timely fashion. They were all very polite and positive. The removal of the old system and installation of the new one was done with precision. All questions were answered and instructions were very clear. They even took the time to make sure everything was back in place and clean before they left!
Daryl is totally amazing! Nothing is too great or small for him to tackle. His business runs on old fashion honesty and respect. Prices are just right

The folks at Arctic Heating & Air are always highly responsive which is great news because there’s nothing worse than your AC going out in the Summer.

John and Jackson came out to the house earlier than expected. Which is awesome compared to waiting like I have for other companies. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked hard while there at the house. Cleaned the units and checked everything thoroughly. I’m confident that they do an excellent job. Very impressed with this company and look forward to working with them from now on.

This was our second experience with Arctic Air and once again they were excellent. Right from the start they were able to schedule our service the very next day, and once onsite their technicians were professional and personable! They were quick to point out the cause of our issue and get it resolved. They even had to clear some thorn brush to get to the units needing service. They shared everything they had found and what they were doing to repair it. We couldn’t be more satisfied!

I used them for a routine cleaning and inspection and the price was fair, they arrived within the time frame provided, and the technicians, Cody and John, were great.

The HVAC made a God ouful noise! You guys were here within an hour and took care of EVERYALL! Thank you Cody! Very professional and personable!!

Great service! Left a message last night and technician came this morning and fixed our problem. Good folks to do business with!

I haven't gotten the estimates yet but they were certainly punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I asked for pricing several options so I expected a few days delay. They were here on Friday and it is only Sunday.
Update - The system has been in for a few weeks and I love it. The high tech air handler is wonderful. It is so quiet yo have to listen to hear it. With the old system we had to tourn the TV up when it kicked on because it was so loud.
The guys were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing but praise for these guys.

I have been using this company for more than a year now and have always been pleased with the workmanship, promptness and courtesy of the employees. I was so thankful for them today after a call from me reporting I had a leak in my ceiling. They responded within 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and plan a solution. I highly recommend this company!

From setting the appointment with Chris and Daryl coming out to repair the issue it was a wonderful experience. Thankful they were able to help me in a timely manor.

Cody and Jonathan relocated an indoor mini split unit for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better job or nicer guys to do it. Will definitely call on them again when needed.
