Cody Spencer was a huge help in bringing a solution to a serious drainage problem in the backyard of our home. He made a site visit and determined that a catch basin was needed off the patio with a French drain system carrying rainwater around the house and out to the street at the front yard. He was able to tie in a downspout coming off the roof and connected it into the new drainage system to keep water from backing up around the house, as well as installing a clean out for future maintenance. I 100% recommend Cody and his team to evaluate and professionally correct any drainage issues you may have.

County Line Drainage and Excavation were great help getting an area ready for a native garden to be put in. Highly recommend.

Cody did my gutter guards and did an excellent job. His price was fair and he showed up on the day that he said he would be here, and with all the crazy weather we’ve had this year, that’s a statement in an of itself for how well he balances his work. I’ll be calling him back for more work in the future.

I do not recommend. Cody installed a “French drain” for my mother. Drain problems continued. She called and asked him to come look at it. He said he would but never showed. He will now not return calls or respond in any way. He didn’t do the job he was paid 1200 to do. Again, I DO NOT recommend. You’re probably better off doing it yourself

Make sure you get everything in writing from Cody. Even if you verbally agree on something, insist that he documents it. We specifically told him to run the drain into our woods. Instead, he placed it right on the tree line. As a result, the soil will eventually wash out. He buried the pipe completely underground with no proper exit — the water has nowhere to go except through the dirt. The attached photo shows what a mess this is going to create in the future. We should have tested the system before paying him. We paid Cody $16,300 — significantly more than the other bids — because we wanted the job done correctly. Now we’re having to pay someone else to fix his shortcuts.

EDIT**** Cody could you please come fix our issues with the drainage system you put in for us weeks ago? Some of them are safety issues.
