Great company so far!!! I called after having issues with another company. They came out the same day and diagnosed our issues . I was very pleased with the guy that came out and his knowledge of repairs.

CTI was assigned through AHS to repair my dryer. The repairman CTI sent was wonderful. Nick diagnosed my dryer's problem and installed a used part as a temporary fix until the new part comes in so I can use the dryer in the meantime!

Nick went above and beyond to repair the fan/exhaust unit above my stove. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as timely. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered directly to my home then his office scheduled the follow-up repair. My experience with this company was nothing but stellar.

AHS assigned CTI Solutions to fix our Washing Machine. This is our second experience with this company. Our tech provided a seamless and professional service from start to finish. He was prompt, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, leaving us completely satisfied.

Nick had to come out 2 additional times (after initial visit) for our GE dishwasher, but the third time was the charm. He was punctual for each service call. Very friendly and easy to work with. Happy to have my d/w working again!

Michael continually kept in touch with me via phone/text about the whole process to replace my ice maker. He checked to see when my parts arrived, made sure i was scheduled promptly and answered quickly if i had any questions. Great customer service.
