All reviews for BIPPEN ELECTRIC INC

I read a number of reviews before hiring Bippen, and have to say I couldn't agree more with all of the excellent reviews. Not only was the work and finished product outstanding, the personnel were knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and informative. Arrived on time, finished ahead of time, plus I get points with the wife because they cleaned up and left things way better than they found them.

Have been doing business with Bippen Electric since 2020 when generator was installed. Always on time and professional. Thoroughly honor the Service Contract, no surprises, operate with total transparency.

Aaron was phenomenal! He was both friendly and professional making it easy to work with him. He also educated me a bit on what was causing the issue as well as ways to prevent future trouble. He would definitely be my first choice for any and all future electrical needs. Thank you Bippen ans Aaron for finding and fixing the issue that others claimed didn't exist.

I can very highly recommend this company! They are promp, courteous, and friendly! They are very reasonable-even offered me a discount-I didn’t qualify for military discount but I did the senior discount. The work was done quickly and neatly! Everything was explained and I can truly say I trust them—not very common these days. I had gotten a quote for the same work from another company and they were going to be close to 500 more and tried to scare me into thinking if I got for less I need to beware—I did not appreciate that and looked further and found Bippen. I am glad I did! They are now going to be my “go to”
Electrician! Call them! You will be glad you did!

Huge thank you to Ashtin for solving my electrical problem in a matter of minutes - I couldn’t be more glad I chose Bippen Electric!

Chris was very easy to coordinate an estimate with. He then sent a very detailed list of services that he would recommend. James did a great job for us. He called us throughout the job since we were not in town while the work was being done. It was such a relief to know that when we came back that everything would be taken care of. James even brought the trash to the curb! I will definitely recommend Bippen Electric to all of our clients. Thank you again.

Todd came to our house and tackled our list. He did a fantastic job and explained what he was doing. Very professional

Had a dedicated power line installed for my new hot tub. The two-men crew got the job done quickly and efficiently. This was also done on a rainy day....very impressed and highly recommended!

Above and beyond service! Our generator quit working during the latest power outage and Chris answered our call. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and even gave me a direct line to a gas repair company when we determined it wasn't an electrical/service issue. I am so thankful for this company who always answers my calls and is quick to help. Thank you, Bippen Electric, Chris and Karen for all you do!

We had a few lights installed in areas with particularly high ceilings, as well as had a additional electrical outlet installed. Randall was our technician, and he did a great job. He was knowledgable, fearless of high places, and super efficient in uninstalling and removing some really heavy old fixtures. He was also very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again for any future electrical needs.

The city inspector required a megger test to be done. Bippen came to the house and preformed the test one day later! They were prompt, friendly, and efficient.
I will use them again if I have the need.

High quality & reliable work. Exceeds all expectations & employs a staff of highly trained employees who all put the customers’ needs first. I have never been disappointed and have always been completely satisfied from their General Generator installation & service to whole house surge protection to my most recent Tesla charger installation. Not only quality work but quality work consistently over several years.

Our electrician was incredible! She was professional, friendly, and SO skilled. In and out in under 2 hours and extremely affordable. Perfection!

Bippen Electric provided an estimate for performing a variety of electrical tasks (installing 20A breakers/circuits, running conduit, installing under-counter lighting, adding electrical boxes/lights). The electrician (Todd Copeland) was friendly, professional, and extremely competent. He suggested improvements to enhance the quality/aesthetics of the finished product, and the job was finished on-time at the estimated cost. Bippen is now my go-to electrical contractor.

Todd and Vincent were professional and helpful with several electrical repairs I needed accomplished. They recommended another issue that I missed and were able to fix it on the spot. The charge was very fair, and will use them in the future.

We needed three receptacles installed and a ballast replaced in the garage at about 16 feet up. Got an estimate from a National chain service and they tried to upsell us with things we did not want or need. Their estimate was much too high for what we needed. My builder, Byrne Turner, recommended Bippen. A tech named James and his apprentice Austin worked efficiently and got everything done in about the time I expected which was much less than the time estimated by the other company. Based on this experience I highly recommend Bippen.

Best electrical contractor in Huntsville. As a Generac dealer/installer/maintainer, Bippen was the only electrical contractor that would install my brand new generator that I purchased from a different resource. It was brand new & still in original packaging. None of the other contractors in Huntsville would install - and I called all the big names - because I didnt buy it from them. The installation was quick & professional. Also purchased their maintenance package for our Generac. Bippen's Generac technician is no less than a top notch professional electrician! Her attention to detail and customer service is to a level you just dont find anymore. Hands down, the only electrical contractor that I will ask to take care my home! Professional, Honest, & priced fair.

I have used Bippen Electric for 3 years to install ceiling fans, trace electrical, install lighting, troubleshoot wiring issues and every time they deliver top notch work, have great pricing and most importantly they have a down to earth and friendly staff. Special shout out to Todd, Vincent and Katelyn!

I had not had my service performed on my generator in four years. The service tech, Katie, was very open to teaching me and showing me potential problems. I will recommend them to anyone with A generator need.

We have used Bippen for several years, first to run electric line to an outbuilding and install 50 amp outlet, as well as a Generac generator, which is also serviced by them. Courteous and helpful on the phone, same goes for the techs who do the work. Respectful of my property, gate closed when they left and I was not present, definitely is a bonus in my book!
Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best businesses to ever work with! The technician Aaron was professional and easy-going to have work on your home. There were electrical issues that happened at my house and Bippen Electric was first and foremost in excellent at explaining the issues and handed me an estimate for the issues via email. This company comes highly recommended. I will continue to use this company for my electrical needs for my home. Afterall your home is your investment.
