The folks at Heritage have been awesome to work with, they were knowledgeable about their products and went out of their way to make sure we had the right equipment, and that it was installed properly. They also have a great maintenance program which I highly suggest customers do after their purchase.

We recently had an extremely close lightning strike near our home. The power instantly went out and our Kohler generator didn’t automatically kick on. We’ve had our Heritage generator for just over a year now. It was the best decision we have made. After months of research I reached out to Heritage and discussed our needs. Everything about the process was easy, the installation was coordinated well and our whole home generator works great. Automatic transfer on power failure is quick and text and email updates are informative. The scheduled service to keep our generator running when we need it is also convenient. We are very happy with Heritage, the staff, and the quality of our Cummins generator.

After a long search for the right house generator that included manufacturer, cost, service, system reliability and, long term support, we chose Heritage Generator in Madison.
The installation team lived up to their promised high standards and the final installation of the generator and supporting gas and electric infrastructure fit nicely next to our HVAC unit. Additionally, the interior work that had to be done to convert with our circuit board to accept the generator was done with very little disruption in the house.
We considered our decision was spot on and we would highly recommend Heritage Generator.

Mr Greaves made an appointment May 21 1025 that was 3-4 weeks away for residential generator service and repair.
3 weeks in I tried to contact the office , left messages, text no response if you call the office all phone lines go to Greaves voicemail
Still no response 7/5/25 $ 370 was quoted for one hour diagnostic. Called Hiller they came out thee next day
