Great service

Very professional and quality work! If you want a bad plumber Mr. Hatcher ain't it. Hes a good plumber with good work ethic, I definitely recommend him!

This review is about the owner. I called about an issue we were having and the owner informed me he was out of town with family and the rest of his team was booked, but he gave me the names of 3 other plumbers he recommends. He could have just said he was unavailable and ended the call, but he still tried to help. That level of professionalism should be the norm, but sadly, is not. It was probably a small thing to him, but meant a lot to me.

Hatch came out when I had a burst pipe and fixed me right up. I wish I could leave 10 stars

We used Hatcher plumbing for a total revamp of our 1960’s house’s plumbing. He gutted the old drains and replaced all of the cast iron with a completely redesigned pvc drain system all the way to the septic tank. He designed a new vent system so that no pipes would show up through the roof sections at the front of the house. He also created a new water supply system throughout the house using PEX. He even replaced some pvc on our pool pump! Sims gave a lot of great advice along the way and helped us overcome several obstacles in our remodeling. We will be having him return shortly to hook up all of the fixtures as soon as the drywall is complete. Sims is very personable and passionate about doing quality work. Hatcher Plumbing has done us a fantastic service!

Had an issue with my under counter sink sinking. Sims came over, developed a plan and it was fixed quickly. He did the plumbing and knew a counter guy to fix the sink. Sims then came out on the weekend to reattach the plumbing. The cost I thought was reasonable. Would recommend Hatcher Plumbing if you need a good reliable plumber.
