Thompson Roofing installed a roof on our new build. Jonah and his crew were so helpful and easy to work with. Weston installed our gutters and all of the work was top notch and quality work and our experience was quick and seamless.

We had a wonderful and easy experience using Thompson Roofing and Construction! I worked with Heath about a year before our roof actually needing replacement getting our foot in the door with the company. Then a storm came through and ripped our shingles off letting us know it was time and I contacted Heath immediately, and the work started. The whole process was made very easy my Heath and the crew was very quick to work beating the rain replacing our roof! 10/10 highly recommend Heath and Thompson Roofing and Construction!

Nice to know there are still companies that do a professional job at a fair price. The people I dealt with were competent and outstanding. I had a couple of minor issues which Adam the Project Manager resolved quickly and to my total satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Got a new roof from Thompson Roofing and Construction, Madison, AL. Very very pleased. We have a extremely busy and complicated roofline and this was an August install. Such a difficult job. They are as professional as they come. Their representative, Doug, was very easy and even enjoyable to work with. So helpful in picking out shingles and working out the details required by our insurance inspector. Would absolutely go to them again for any roof repairs.

Jackson was the sales person who came out quickly and provided an extremely thorough explanation of the choices of materials. He had a notebook of samples that let me make an informed decision. He explained every layer of material that was going on the roof and showed me the materials.
He returned my messages or calls very quickly when I had questions.
The team that installed the roof worked quickly and did a great job.

I first contacted Jona since I know his grandmother-in-law Edna Zimmerman. He told me he did not work on the roof repair jobs and recommended Adam LEE and gave me his phone number. I called Adam and left a message. These were weekend hours; so I did not expect a response from Adam until Monday. On Monday morning early Jona called me to see if I had heard from Adam.
Soon I did hear from Adam and he made an appointment to assess the damage. He was prompt , polite and knowledgeable. I received the estimate, professionally written and explained. I accepted the estimate and Adam got the work done in a timely manner. The gutter on the garage would need more than was included in the estimate. Adam then worked up an estimate for the repair on the garage gutter. I accepted that online and repairmen are working on that today! He has been very professional and prompt.
Of course it was higher than I expected.

Thompson has been out numerous times to check for damage for us, and they are always so kind and helpful. We used them for our new build and for our gutters in our last house and we were very pleased. Know many of the employees personally and it’s so nice to have a trustworthy local roofer.

**Update** Thompson installed our new roof recently and Heath helped so much to make the process simple and seamless! Very fast turnaround and install, too! Would recommend to anyone looking for any roofing services.

Great service, promptness and great communications start to finish!
Scott Shaw gave special attention to a roof repair, quickly got the job done at a very reasonable price. Follow up after the job with an inspection a week or so afterwards to make sure there were no issues was very comforting. I can recommend Scott and Thompson Roofing, Harvest, AL easily!

Great team, great staff, great experience. A Project Manager overseeing the work was a great benefit, as it ensured we had the property ready for the job and the team prepared to start working immediately. Being a church, Thompson went out of their way to finish work between service times and cleaned the parking lot to ensure a safe environment for members and their vehicles. The job was completed quickly and was of excellent quality.

Great experience working with Thompson Roofing. The estimating process and timeliness of the estimate AND the work was great. Everything was done online and the estimate matched the cost of work exactly. Really had a great experience on this one. I wasn't able to be up there but they sent pics and updates as the work was being done. I highly recommend this company.

The process started with their Project Estimator, Doug Marlin, who was excellent. Doug gave us a clear assessment of the roof, provided all the necessary options, and laid out the costs upfront. He was professional and highly responsive to our questions, which made the initial planning very easy.
