Their contractor Craig has gone above and beyond to help us open, maintain, and close our above ground pool this year. He’s very communicative, honest, affordable, fair, and works VERY hard and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their pool.

David fixed the issue with our pool pump in a timely manner. It was not easy to determine the root cause, but he stayed after it until it was fixed correctly. He did not charge for the things he tried that did not solve the problem, which I was thankful for, and what he did charge was very reasonable.

A great pool and spa company! June is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and fair. She understood my needs and made some great observations and recommendations. This is a family business and June’s husband, David, does outstanding work in servicing and repairing pools and spas. They both know how to treat their customers and will not just sell you something you may or may not need. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely be back for all my pool needs.

I recently hired Rocket City Pool & Spa to replace my pool liner. They did an excellent job. There were needed improvements (not upsales) that they suggested and only implemented after my approval. They changed out my pump sand and repaired plumbing to the motor. Everything was left In a clean and neat condition. True professionals. Great job!

I had Rocket City Pools install a pool heater at Dog Splash. They got the heater really quickly and was installed just as fast. We’ve had them also come out and replace sand in our filters and replace some problematic fittings. Recommend 10/10.

Arrived at 4:25 on a Wednesday. It was closed. Please update your hours on Google or at least post them on your window/door.

Emailed twice for help and received none!

Called them to have someone come out and replace a pool pump seal. They said they would contact me the following week. No one called. Called them back (shouldn't have to call a good business back) and left a message. No one called. Moving on to a different company.
