Called for leaking ice maker. BB arrived as scheduled and on time. Quickly diagnosed that issue was actually on outside of appliance in the drainpipe. Advised will need plumber and offered a name. Didn’t charge me for the visit. Very courteous and professional. Will use again in the future.
