When I say wonderful that is an understatement. I scheduled with Bay Landscaping to do my yard that looked like a jungle when I left for work. When I got home the yard was not mowed it was manicured. The flower beds looked like a vacuumed carpet and the bushes were truly as pretty as a painted picture. Brace your shelf...they called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Yelp THEY are officially forever hired!!!

I found Bay Landscaping on Angie's List. I hired them to replace some dead grass with fresh sod. They did an excellent job. If the grass hadn't been replaced I would never have known anyone had been there. The work was done and they left everything is great shape.

I used Bay Landscaping for almost 3 years now at 2 different apartment communities I have managed. They have never slacked in their performance. My grounds at the apartment community I manage are very well cared for. We are not just another account but a valued customer. They take pride in their work and the crew has a great understanding of how things should be done. ie, you trim a plant; you pick up the trimmings not blow them in the garden or leave them. I would highly recommend Bay Landscaping; defiantly one to consider getting a bid from for your grounds. You won't be disappointed.

This company is by far the most professional organization I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Their outside operations manager, Bill, knows his role and far exceeded any expectations. Very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Thank you Bay Landscaping for making my beds look amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a company that goes the extra mile. Very courteous and friendly staff. They completed my beds in one day and I couldn’t be happier.

One of their workers accidentally shot a rock at my car window with their lawn mower which shattered the glass. Within a few hours Bay Landscaping had already had someone come inspect my glass and ordered a replacement. It took them slightly longer than expected to get it replaced due to there being a delay in the delivery of the new glass, so they even gave me a $50 visa gift card to make up for it. They were so kind and very fast at responding!

Jeff was wonderful to work with on my Project in Spanish Fort Alabama. I can't recommend them enough. Ill definitely be calling them on any future projects that will come up. Thanks guys!

Customer service is horrible.

This landscaping company was cutting the grass at my apartment complex. I was sitting in the car, and I saw their worker with my own two eyes fall into my vehicle with a blower on his back. When I got out of the car I saw a dent and tried to say something to the worker, he did not speak English. I told my landlord and they gave me the owners number. The owners of this company almost 2 months ago they gave me grief and tribulations when trying to get a resolution in my car dent . The business brought two more workers to reenact a fall to determine if they were going to pay or not. I would be cautious when using this company because they put the cars and buildings around them in Jeopardy and they do not own up to their mistakes.

We have assigned parking at my apartments, my car gets sprayed weekly with grass from a weedwacker (I have video of this) when I asked the supervisor what we can do to not pelt my vehicle with grass and dirt he told me to park somewhere else... so who do I write the invoice to for the chips in my paint? Or should my attorney send them over?
