I had my main unit replaced today by Justin and his team. Inside and outside units. They were here when they said that they would be. Hands-down the best heating and air tech we’ve ever had in the Mobile, AL area. Thank you Brian! We’ve been so frustrated with other companies not fixing the problem. Brian was so diligent with troubleshooting and was able to get everything figured out for us. Turned out we needed to have our heater grounded. Four other companies could not figure this out and we were about to replace the entire unit. We are so grateful to Brunson Air Conditioning. I had my HVAC system replaced last year and these guys installed a new RUUD AC and Furnace. Its been 1 year since the install and it has been working great!!! The guys that installed it were very professional and it only took about half a day to install. I received quotes from a handful of HVAC companies and I chose these guys because they have got some good reviews and they were reasonably priced compared to the other guys. I am happy with my decision and would highly recommend BRUNSON if you are looking for a new HVAC system.

I have been knowing the owner for more than ten years now. David installed my units brand new and has serviced them ever since. I had an evaporator coil go out a couple of weeks ago; they ordered the parts and just yesterday the guys came out and installed them. Great company, great guys, fair pricing. Kendra in the office is great also.

Had this company out to check on our AC/Heating Unit. It is quite old. My experience has been companies trying to pressure me to replace an older unit. This company did not try to upsell anything. Gave me some tips on how to extend the life, and things to be aware of. Highly recommend Brunson.

Had a new AC unit installed by them and it's been working fantastic. I recently had a home inspection and my upstairs unit which is older needed some float switches installed. They were in my neighborhood a few houses down from me and Mr. Brunson was able to swing by and take a look at what I needed and put me on the schedule. They're great guys, highly recommended.

Got a new heat pump from Brunson a month ago and it was a great experience. Customer service was excellent! I would call CeeCee often with questions and she was very helpful and kind every time. They were quick and thorough with the install and stayed with me for awhile after to explain the system and answer all my questions. The system has been working great! I would highly recommend.

The best, I called this afternoon and CiCi had someone at my house on Fowl River within the hour. Great service

They definitely have an attitude the way they were driving stupid on the road about to hit cars in the process

The unit was not Installed properl . I have spent thousands of dollars in repair. Do yourself a favor do not use this company.
