I cannot say enough good things about The Water Heater Nerds. After having my roof replaced, the vent pipe that runs from the outside vent to my water heater was cut and poorly reattached. When the pipe became detached, carbon monoxide was leaking into our home — a very serious and scary situation.

I called The Water Heater Nerds and they came out the same day. Trent and his team were kind, efficient, very knowledgeable, and they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue safely. Their professionalism and quick response gave me immediate peace of mind.
