Brian was super responsive and got to us as soon as he was able. He gave us new pool owners lots of great information and was able to get our pump back running! Highly recommend!

We are in the process of having our pool installed (the digging and plumbing are complete) and Blue Haven has been amazing! Our project manager (Richard Ingle) and the senior project manager (Mike Jones) have really gone above and beyond! Their communication is excellent and I have full faith in them. Laura and Christa were great for design, too. Can't wait until my pool is all done!

Update: Our pool is complete now, and we are so happy! It is gorgeous and was finished ahead of schedule, but most of all, I’m blown away by how professional Blue Haven, especially Richard, was. He is an excellent communicator— frequently texting back within minutes, and he let us know what was going to happen every step of the way. What he said he would do, he did. I have nothing but great things to say about Blue Haven and Richard. I also was amazed by the dedicated work crews and their skill level. Will recommend Blue Haven to all my friends!

Blue haven built us a beautiful pool. Everything would have gone to plan if it wasn’t for all the rain we had this year. Mike our supervisor was always responsive to our questions. I highly recommend Blue haven to build you the pool of your dreams.

Blue Haven did an Awesome Job with our Pool. Christa was very helpful and knowledgeable during this whole process. Michael Jones followed through til the end it was later into the Night when he left to ensure everything was working Properly.

I worked with Laura on the initial pool design and Mike was my project manager. I had a very specific vision and Laura (and Christa) worked tirelessly to revise our plans multiple times to make sure all the elements I wanted were included. Mike was awesome! We trusted his expertise and he made recommendations that took our expectations up a level! He is knowledgeable, prompt, and happy to answer the one million questions we have! We paid way more than we thought we would, but we also did several custom upgrades. We love our new pool and get so many compliments on it!

From the beginning Tad Hurst was our project manager and let me tell you, Tad was on top of every aspect of our build. He always kept us informed and always asked if we needed anything. I had reached out to Tad and every time he answered or called me back soon. All the employees that came to our house was respectful and smiling and seemed to know their jobs. Thanks for the beautiful pool.

We absolutely love our pool! When it was finished, it looked better than we ever imagined. All the crews that came out were professional and extremely nice. Cullen was incredible at making sure everything was right and that we were happy. He really went above our expectations in insuring our satisfaction. If you get the chance to work with him and his crews, I’m positive Cullen will make you as happy with your pool as we are! I highly recommend them!! I’m including pictures of what our yard looked like before and after the pool. Again, we couldn’t be more pleased!

Beyond Happy with our experience from Start to Finish!

From the start, We Couldn’t have asked for a better Sales experience with Laura Adams, she was very courteous & helped us make informed decisions with no pressure! Our Project Manager, Richard Ingle was amazing… he was very detailed, responsive and went above & beyond our every expectation! The subcontractors used were skilled, punctual & respectful of our property!

We are beyond thrilled with our finished inground pool & hot tub and cannot recommend Blue Haven Pools & their employees enough!!

Blue Haven Pools have been very up front with all their communications with us. The Builder Trend Project Management app made helped us to track the progress with the daily logs have been great, and instant communication with the site manager. Mike has always answered our questions and kept us up to date on the project. He also has been upfront if there were any delays due to weather, materials or crews’ non availability.

We started on June 6, 2023 and we filled the pool yesterday which was August 3, 2023. We took the opportunity to look at their Plunge Pool Sale. It was a great deal we could not pass up for a 9 x 20 Gunite Pool. It was the perfect size for our yard and the price was right and much lower than their competitors. We are happy with the progress so far and looking forward to the finished pool project.

We have a few more things to complete and we will be able to use our pool in a month. We are very happy! We would recommend Blue Haven Pools and their site manager Mike has made this process less stressful with his wanting to do the right thing, produce a great pool, and being a great listener so we could make informed decisions.

I would also like to give a review for Jonah! Jonah was very patient with us at pool school. He is a very knowledgeable and polite young man! He answer all our questions and if it was something we didn’t understand he explained it again. I have to say our experience with Blue Haven Pools was awesome from start to finish! I would highly recommend this company! It is wonderful to have a company follow through with all of the installation dates and actually finish earlier then previously stated! Awesome!

*****UPDATE: we had some warranty items that needed to be fixed after our pool was built. Julia, in the warranty department was outstanding! She coordinated the contractors that best fit our schedule. Highly recommend Bluehaven pools!! They truly care about their customers. *******We had a wonderful experience with Bluehaven. Our Superintendent, JAY, was AWESOME!! He was always available to answer questions or alleviate concerns. Christa, in the design center was wonderful too. We look forward to using our beautiful new pool & appreciate Bluehaven!

We just completed our first pool with Blue Haven!. Our project manager, Tad, is the best.
He responded to all of our needs right away and was always easy to get in touch with and come
check on things. Pool turned out beautiful.

In August of 2020 we met with their design team to install our pool. The dig kicked off the first week of September. Everything was looking good. Then in walked Hurricane Sally. The pool dig site was flooded and my fill dirt majority was washed away. Jon Pinson was my Project Lead at the time. Within days after the hurricane he had them drain the dig site, clear any debris. Check the plumbing for pressure issues and repair any damage to the rebar foundation. I was very impressed.

As we moved along there was an issue discovered in a discrepancy in what we wanted with our heater/chiller option for the required supplied power. After discussion with Blue Haven they decided to eat the cost of the electric alterations due to error and we got everything completed and ready to swim the first week of December.

Over all the initial process was very long compared to estimated. However I feel with the impact of 2 major named storms they did an exceptional job in completing the project.

Fast forward to April of 2021 and the heavy above average rain falls this season. Our pool flooded. I called Jon to see what I needed to do. Within a week they had their team come clean the pool out, acid wash it to remove any dirt and staining. Then we worked with their build team to layout a preventative barrier wall to prevent this from happening again. Within a 2 week span they had my wall up of 60ft in length to shield the pool from run off water from the neighboring farm beside me. And the very next heavy rain the wall did exactly what we had hoped. The pool remained blue and clear.

I cant say enough about the responsiveness of Rachael, Michael, Avery, and Jon. From start to finish of the initial build and the add-on wall they were polite and understanding of my concerns. They went out of their way to make sure I had peace of mind in the build and solutions designed to work with our landscape in the backyard.

Brian was absolutely fantastic helping get our pool heater up and running again. Super friendly and professional!

We are so happy we chose Blue Haven Pools to help us build our backyard paradise. Our pool turned out beautiful and is exactly what we had envisioned! The entire team was great and our project manager, Richard, was the best to work with! He was very responsive to our needs during the entire build from start to finish. Blue Haven proved to me that they are not your typical pool builder. We have all had so much fun with our home’s paradise undertaking. This entire process has been amazing. We have made some lifelong friends. It doesn’t matter what team you get they are all amazing. However, Justin, Morgan, Josh, Camp, Mike, Jeff, Ryan, Paulo, Thiago, Brian and Brad have totally transformed not only our yard but our view of contractors and general service. They did so with a Trust that I have never heard of or seen. Think about it we trust contractors with our Family, House, Yard, Fences, Driveways and the Curb conditions in-front of our homes. Not once did we have an uncomfortable or uneasy feeling with any Blue Haven Staff of Contractors... If we ever move Blue Haven will be our 1st Call well maybe second; gotta have insurance hahaha

Very pleased with the construction thus far on our new pool! From the beginning the project has been smooth. We are currently on week 6 of our 8-10 week estimated time frame and nearly complete. Our PM Michael has been outstanding and is very responsive to our needs. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I recommend Blue Haven on the Gulf for anyone looking for a new pool.

- Blue Haven Pool and Spas have been great thus far. We are six weeks into our pool project and so far there has not been a phone call not returned or a question unanswered.
- Gary Freeman our sales rep was amazing. He was well-prepared for our quote and came up with an amazing rough draft of what our pool would look like. My wife had him make some changes to the design and he gave us pricing on the spot. Thereafter, there were a couple of issues that needed attention and even though the issues were not his department he made the right calls and solved problems or answered questions within 24 hours.
- Our project supervisor was Michael Jones and I can't stress enough what a professional Mike is. He made what is a stressful purchase and installation go as seamlessly as possible by always being prepared to answer questions and keeping us updated on the different states of the project. There was an issue related to the installation location of our pool equipment. He could have ignored the issue and dismissed our concern since he had already done the installation. However, Mike quickly got with his direct supervisor, and his supervisor's Boss to address the issue.
- Big John the big boss came over and chatted with myself and my wife to help us be 100% happy with one of the biggest investments/purchases of our life. Simply said! These guys are human beings and professionals. Very hard to find these days.

**This issue has not fully been resolved but at this point were just waiting to get put on the schedule to get it fixed.** I will update this review to keep any future customers informed. As of today though, I strongly recommend Blue Haven Pools!!

We just had Blue Haven build our new pool. This was our 2nd experience building a pool with Blue Haven and everything went great! Our designer Kelly Wright provided us with a good plan and our construction superintendent Mike Jones executed it flawlessly. Communication during the process was excellent. We always new what to expect next. The entire process only took 6 weeks and we are looking forward to enjoying our new pool for many years. I highly recommend Blue Haven Pools and Spas

Well, the end is finally here we have our pool completed. We love it.
Have never built a pool before there were challenges that we were not anticipating. What made this process manageable was Tad Hurst, our PM. He kept us informed with every step, even though the steps were sometimes lagging. The weather was a factor.
The overall product is very nice
We upgraded the coping, tile, and included accents on sun ledge with a mosaic turtle.
Each step had it challenges. Tad helped manage the stress and totally is made for the job.
The main complaint we have is in the first stage of digging, our sprinkler wires that connect all communication to the system somehow were destroyed on the side of the pool equipment install. (Yes we had the pipes capped and wires taped). That cost to repair was well over the original for reinstalling the sprinkler system that we had accounted for.
The contract states they are not responsible for
Many things and that is just one of them.
Again, never having built a pool before, lessons were learned, some costly and some minor.
Will go overboard IF there is a “NEXT” time in making sure to account for ALL the may happen and prevention.

Tad was the calm when the storms came.

Blue Haven Pools certainly build a nice aesthetically pleasing pool.

We recently had the pleasure of building an in ground gunite pool with Blue Haven Pools in Fairhope, Alabama. We met with associate Laura Adams, who was knowledgeable and professional. Once onboard, we made our tile, paver and color selections and began construction officially on May 20. We were told that we should have water in our pool within 8-10 weeks. Both Richard, district manager, and Kenny Chambers, our job supervisor, were great to work with and they were always accessible and courteous. The crews showed up early and worked hard. Always on time and in the final analysis, Blue Haven, Kenny Chambers, and associates, exceeded our expectations. We had water in our pool within 8 weeks to the day. The finished product is awesome and both my wife Donna, and I would recommend them as top notch! This is our 4th pool construction and it is by far the smoothest one yet.
