These guys were fantastic!! They came to us twice and rewired the ceiling fans and switches that were poorly wired in the rental home. They were extremely professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I would recommend this business again. Hopefully I won’t need their services anymore but if an electrical problem comes up, they’ll be the ones I’ll call!

Extremely well informed and professional. The bill was the price I was quoted plus the price of the part and they didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t need.

Matt from Crosby arrived on time and quickly went to work locating a faulty wire in our attic that caused problems along an entire wall of the house. We had an electrician from a different company (NOT Crosby) last week who was unable to find the problem. Matt was methodical in his approach and soon located and repaired the problem. We are very happy with Matt and our interactions with the office staff of Crosby. Definitely rate all aspects at 5/5!

Terry did a fantastic job installing my charging station. They had perfect professionalism from scheduling to completion of the job. They were not cheap but provided exceptional work with trustworthy/tenured electricians.

Had a great experience with Crosby Electric. I scheduled a service call for the following morning and was told to expect a call at 7 and someone onsite by 7:30. The following morning, I received a call at 7 and someone was onsite at 7:30. The two technicians, Mike and Colin, were friendly (much friendlier than I am at 7:30 in the morning), knowledgeable, and thorough. With such a high level of service provided, I was expecting to pay more for it, but the final bill was actually less than what I expected. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Mike Ousley did a fantastic job at my house today. Of course, Crosby Electric never sends anybody except the most talented electricians. They are an honest company, who never attempts an up-sell (as I've previously experienced with other reputable company's in the Montgomery area). Crosby Electric provides a first rate service, with talented electricians, and they get it done right the first time, every time. Today, Mike and his apprentice, Collin, replaced my entire electrical service to my house. It needed doing. We'd replaced breakers here and there, but it was time to replace the entire box. The work performed was very neat and orderly, and what's best....it worked the first time, plus the cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? I will always trust Crosby Electric. Travis has been the technician that Crosby Electric has sent our way on several occasions. Each time he has been punctual, courteous, and resolved the issues we had. No one wants to have a need for electrical repairs, but when you do, Travis and Crosby Electric get the job done!

Unlike their local competition, an actual human answered the phone. They had an electrician onsite same day. Due to the nature of the issue they had to come back the next day to finish. The electrician and his apprentice were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their pricing was very reasonable. 10/10. Great company and great people.

I had bought a new Home Theater System and was told by some “Geeks” that my rear speakers could not be mounted on the walls. I called Crosby and they sent Michael and Colin out. Not only did they agree to do it instantly, they did it with a smile and a great attitude. While they were here, I thought of a few more jobs for them that weren’t considered normal electrician work but they gladly helped me out. And in the process, they earned a customer for life. Called Friday , scheduled appointment for the following Tuesday , electrician Mathew and his assistant Jose showed up timely , introduced themselves and went over the entire project which consisted of electrifying a pool heater , fixing three outlets and installing a outdoor outlet . They were excellent in their explanations, jobsite cleanliness and were extremely efficient in their performance and were $400 less expensive than Trustworthy Electric that walked away from my job after I gave them a green light to perform the work and had been promised that they would complete the work the same day .
Way different experience with Crosby , should have used them from the start but now they will be the only electrical contractor I call .

Travis and his assistant arrived in a timely manner and after a brief review of the 6 outlets to be updated, they began efficiently to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left me a very satisfied customer, when I was presented by a reasonable bill for the job. I plan to have more work done in the near future and will ask for Travis as he was quite competent in dealing with my circa 1939 home's wiring.

We had a great experience with Crosby. Very reasonable cost for the work. Punctual, courteous, and got the job done quickly. We will be calling Crosby next time we need help with an electrical issue.

Crosby Electric’s fast, friendly service cannot be beat. I’ve never been disappointed in any of the work they have done. I absolutely love the fact that I get a courtesy call when they’re on their way as well as a text with the name and picture of the electrician assigned to the work order. They came in, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the work all in the same day. They even came in under the estimate by the time they finished. Very professional, easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!
