Recently had a fence installed by Pride Fence Company. The whole process was easy and seamless. The owner has a great wealth of knowledge about all fences. Before beginning installation they had all my gas line electrical lines and cable lines marked off so that they would not be damaged during installation. All the workers were very professional and friendly. They did a great job and me and my wife are very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to get a fence installed.

We moved into our new home and couldn’t be more excited, my wife and I had bought our first home together….smart home so it came with lots of upgrades including an irrigation system. We have two Rotts so we needed a dog run. We contacted Lowe’s who set us up with Pride Fence (let’s keep the name of the company in mind Pride). Our irrigation system worked just fine until we had our fence installed of which we told them we have an irrigation system, pls be careful. The sprinkler system didn’t work after they left, however this was the end of the yr so we didn’t think twice about using the system again since we moved in at the end of the yr 2022….Pride Fence installed our fence in November of 2022. The next summer we noticed it didn’t work, we thought it was with the builder. Not using the system at all in 2023. We had some sod laid in the dog run to only find out that every line to the sprinkler system had been crushed. Contacting Roosevelt the owner refused to call me after I sent him pictures of the damage, he told me I was a liar and post what I want…. I can say first hand that Pride fence takes no pride in its work…beware of this company, the negligence in tearing up your property and not taking accountability is just not a company you can trust. Now if you don’t have an irrigation system you might be ok, but also the attitude these gentlemen give off is all but negative.

Roosevelt is rude and inconsiderate. He took down a privacy fence that was already in place to make it easier for him to do work on someone else's property and did not replace what he tore down. I have dogs that were roaming the neighborhood and when he was called he said he was at home and wasn't nothing getting done until the next day. FIND SOMEONE ELSE because this "professional" is not professional. Roosevelt it may also help if you get a licensed surveyor before you cut someone else's fence because property lines don't lie. I never said that I hired you, you were contracted by Lowes but you cut my fence all I ever wanted was for you to put my fence back up because there was no need for you to cut it. As you can see there was no need to cut my privacy fence when the white post you set was 18 inches off of my fence. Just admit you were wrong and cut the wrong fence and if you were taking down her fence why leave the corner post which the surveyor proved is on my side. And why leave the posts my gates swing on if you were doing her fence look at the pics and please explain to me that one.
