No personnel experience but I've heard only great comments about Caddell!

Look. I did not conduct business with Caddell Construction, I simply delivered their mail for nearly eight years. The staff and people I dealt with were extremely pleasant and polite.

If it wasn't for Frank and John, I would have given 1 star. I don't think Caddell knows how a calendar works. Would not work under again.

This morning I had a very concerning experience with one of Caddells company trucks while driving into town in Northwest Arkansas. The driver was tailgating me aggressively, flashing their lights, and making hand signals through the mirror to push me to move over even though I was already in the passing lane and still passing other vehicles.
What makes this especially troubling is that I had my two small children in the car with me. The driver’s reckless and impatient behavior created a dangerous situation on the road that could have easily led to an accident.
A company vehicle should represent professionalism, safety, and respect for others on the road. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the opposite. I truly hope Caddell addresses this behavior with their drivers, as it reflects poorly on the company and puts families like mine at risk. - Gray Ford F150 with temp tags.
