Doug was very personable and knowledgeable. He was punctual and did his replacement and install of our toilet in a very timely manner. We have been club members of Clark’s for years. They assist us for our home as well as a rental property. We have learned the hard way. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them for the experience and knowledge for what you need done. Put your trust in Clark’s. You can’t go wrong.

SHOUT OUT to service techs Justin and Stacy for their expertise, professionalism and timeliness in doing a great job! You guys are the BEST! Couldn't ask for more friendly and personable guys to come into your home to do this job! My AC went out and I called Clark's to take a look. Benjamin came out first, and carefully conducted diagnostics and reached a conclusion that meant I would be needing to replace the unit. He explained as he went and showed me everything to my satisfaction. Scott then came out to take a look at various specs to determine the best unit for my needs. We had a great conversation, he's a good man! And then my great service team came and did the installation yesterday. They'll be back today for a quality check to make sure all is working properly. It is!! Apparently my AC has not been up to par for so long, I forgot what good AC felt like! It's cold! I could not be happier with this whole process... except for having to buy a new unit!! No one likes to do that! But if you need anything associated with your AC/heating/plumbing - CALL CLARK!! You will be in great hands! They know their stuff and they are good folks!

Put a call in to request a repair on our outside unit was told someone would be here within a 5 hour window. Jarvis, our technician, was here within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and cooling within an hour. This is the second we have used them in five years and they have always been quick, efficient, and pleasant. We will definitely continue to call them for any needs we may have.

A/C went out yesterday evening. Called Clark Heating, A/C this morning and they immediately scheduled and dispatched a tech to troubleshoot the issue. My tech was Jason B. and he was nothing less than outstanding. He explained the issue in layman's terms. Applied the solution, and I'm back in the cool comfort zone once again ! I'd definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Clark installed my unit and there was an issue not long after. They were prompt and got me squared away in no time. I would recommend them to anyone. Robbie and his team really do put the customer first.

We have been using Clark Heating and Air for approximately 5 or 6 years now, and have been impressed with the integrity and professionalism of every individual that has entered our home. Scott has provided excellent guidance on how to improve and maintain the systems within our home and recently Stacey and Justin replaced one of our systems. In addition to their professional and expedient work ethic, the concern and care they had for our home and belongings was noted and appreciated. In addition, we have always appreciated the efficiency of Melanie in the office - Always pleasant and informative. The entire organization has been a pleasure to work with and We look forward to a lasting relationship with the company.

James was the one who came out and fixed my hot water heater. He came out very quickly. He was nice respectful and extremely helpful. I love Clark heating and air and I would recommend them to anyone.

He was very nice. Turns out we needed appliance repair for our refrigerator but he was able to pull it out from the wall so we could mop the water from the floor.

Both Doug and Justin were AMAZING! They were kind, courteous and professional! We are grateful for their positive attitude and willingness to come twice on the sane day! Absolutely skilled professionals with a wealth of knowledge!

Clark Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing sent a qualified and pleasant worker who diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue in less than an hour. Will call them again!

They came qiickly after my call. Explained several things gor me. Would definitively recommend Doug for any of uour needs.

Marcus responded timely, to an emergency plumbing issue I was attempting myself. He realized the previous compression ring indention was going to be an issue and needed cut the pipe. I would have tried it and had a leak. Glad I went with my gut - called a plumber.

My tubs stop draining, and they was able to determine the problem by inserting a camera into the pipe. Once they showed me the video, it was obvious that the cast iron pipe had a trench down the middle due to the previous owners using Drano, and other chemicals over the years.

Mr. Bobby Clark was extremely helpful in coordinating with the Insurance adjuster.

During this process of cutting into the slab to replace the old damaged cast iron pipe with new PVC pipe. Doug and Jeremy were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I can honestly say that not only do I have two plumbers that I can call on for help, but I have made two new friends during this process!
