I want to thank Andy Piercefield for running a great company. I chose a Bryant Legacy Natural Gas / Electric HVAC for my home from Comfort Dynamics and let me tell you why.

I was in the process of taking multiple estimates from different companies to replace a 25 year old Tempstar system that was at the end of its life. Chris Horton of Comfort Dynamics was the last appointment I had scheduled. He was able to show me the financing they able to offer and no other company was able to come close. The interest rate was exceptionally low in today's market.

Chris was able to walk me me through the pros and cons of the different equipment types I was considering as it applied to my house and situation. The equipment pricing and labor costs were very competitive too! Thanks Chris!

Comfort Dynamics then sent the installation crew consisting of David Hester IV, Joshua Gragg, and Casey Williams to remove my old equipment and install the new equipment. These guys were respectful of me, respectful of my house and just seemed like people you would be happy to have at your Thanksgiving table on Thanksgiving Day with the rest of your family. They were done pretty quick too! Thanks guys!!!

Any concerns I had after the installation were quickly addressed by Chris and the installation crew. Which is nice when your not experienced with HVAC matters.

So, now my old house feels comfortable! The temperature is consistent, the humidity is perfect and when your in the house you can't even tell when the unit is on or off because of how quiet it is, unlike my old unit where the lights would dim and the vents would rattle. I am glad I chose Natural Gas for the heat as it works perfectly for this house. Complete, quiet, efficient comfort! Thanks again everyone and thank you Comfort Dynamics!
