We have used Hans Heating & Air for a number of years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we were new to the area. They have always been honest, professional and reliable. When our AC died 8 years ago, they were honest and said that our inside unit was only 3 years old and didn't have to be replaced. So they just replaced the needed section and saved us thousands. We have them do preventative maintenance twice a year. Have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

We experienced complete failure of our air system, beginning with a leak in the air handler in the attic, and eventually the compressor and fan in the outside unit. Zac and Braxton were the consummate professionals, especially removing and replacing the unit in the attic in the 100 degree heat!! And, responding to the outside unit failure after hours to keep the young family comfortable for the night, until the unit replacement could be completed the next day. Outstanding service and professionalism!!! Thank you so much!!

Sawyer Bourque with Hans heating and air conditioning was prompt and professional. He identified the problem and explained it carefully to me. His respectful treatment of me, the customer, makes Hans heating first on my list to call when I have a heating or air-conditioning problem..

Hans did a professional job replacing our ducts and heat pump system. They were polite and accommodated our needs and worked according to our schedule, allowing us to reschedule when needed.

I called Han's Heating & Air last Thursday and James came out the same day to provide assistance. My a/c unit went completely out and he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. They came out on today (Monday) and installed my new system. I am very pleased with their customer service. To go above and beyond to get me air was amazing.

Sawyer did an outstanding job assisting me with faulty thermostat. Was very professional and efficient, explained everything to me in great detail. Highly recommend him for any location or issue.

Had another company come out and look at our heating unit during the extreme cold we had. The unit was going into defrost and not heating the house until it thawed. They claimed they found $800 worth of issues that they wanted to replace in order to fix it. I had Hans come out as a second opinion and they found that it was simply a wire not connected correctly in the thermostat to make the heat auxiliary come on. Thank you for not being a company that takes advantage of people! Will use again!

We scheduled our annual service with Hans Heating and Air. Mr. Cannon was our technician and was very personable and knowledgable. He was very thorough in his inspection and service of our units. Mr Cannon was able to tell us some information about one of the units that we didn’t know and were surprised to hear. We are very pleased with the service provided by Mr Cannon and will continue to use Hans in the future!

My experience with Hans is great with all visits. Colby is the technician I always request and have asked that he be the technician for all visits.

Sawyer visited today to check our air conditioner. He arrived and was very friendly and went to work. We needed freon, which he added, and found that at a previous inspection our coil had been noted for repairs. He followed up with the office to schedule a time for this repair. I highly recommend their services. Their staff are very friendly and helpful and explain all they see and do.
