Called Edward’s about a leak in my ceiling, scheduled same day appointment. The plumber said it was HVAC problem. HVAC showed up in 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Great job would recommend them.

I recently had an issue with my AC unit not cooling properly, and I’m so glad I chose Edwards plumbing and heating for the repair. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained the issue and the repair process. They had all the necessary parts on hand and were able to fix everything in a single visit.

Not only was the service efficient, but the technician was also friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. My AC is now working perfectly, and I’m incredibly relieved, especially with the summer heat approaching.

Called and worked with them through my warranty. My technicians Mike and Kevin, I believe his name is, I cannot recall for the life of me right now, were prompt, kind, and efficient!

The repairman was thoughtful as well as competent and repaired the fsu et leak easily and quickly.

This time, Jessie was here 10 minutes after I called about my air conditioner not cooling. She had me fixed in 15 minutes and she was so pleasant and caring. Thanks again, Edwards and friends!

Received a text and call letting me know arrival time; this I appreciate. Technician was professional and checked everything. Before he came, I turned AC on and it was cooling. He could not find anything and there was no charge. He did say if happens again, check outside unit to see if it is working; I did not do that yesterday. Very pleased with the service today. It was a blessing to reach someone at days end and be scheduled for a morning service the following day. I was impressed by Mike, my service man, who was very professional and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly identified and the part replaced. The temperature is coming down. Praise God! It was in The mid-80’s last night. Thankful for my ceiling fan! Thank you, Edward’s, for your speedy response and excellent service!

Excellent service! Drainage of stopped up bathroom sink. Cleaning out from roof and taking bathroom pipes apart getting to the clog! Have used other plumbers but they just used the snake. Thank you.
