Treated as rudely as I’ve ever been treated. Customer service man was so ugly. Hope to never go there again. Went at my plumber’s request. !

Avoid this place at all costs. They sold me the wrong item (that they said was the correct item) at 60% more for the same item at Lowe’s. When I took it back they took $20 off the refund as a “re-stocking fee.” No one said anything about a re-stocking fee when I bought it nor are there any signs posted about it. When I questioned it the old guy behind the counter got smart with me. In my opinion they have a nice little scam going.

Horrible customer service. Congratulations, just lost out on a 6,000sq ft house plumbing fixture sale. Walked in and said hello, the two employees stared at me and just turned right back around and kept talking. Waited around and still no one greeted me or asked me for help so I walked right out. Taking my business elsewhere!
