I recently had Universal Roofing and Construction come and inspect my mother's roof for hail & wind damage after seeing them work with a few other neighbors in her area. They were very polite and more than professional in their findings/reports and walked us through what our next steps were with the Insurance company. They handled everything from there on out, (very low stress on our end) all we had to do was pick a new roof color. The build process was extremely smooth and their crews treated the property with respect, (seriously not one damaged flower in her garden) with all the debris that was thrown off the old roof. Ask for Burns and Brandon, I could not recommend these guys and their company enough.

Their communication was clear, and everything was completed on time with great attention to detail. The entire experience was smooth and easy—I couldn’t be happier with the results! Tried to give 10-stars, Universal Roofing is that good! Exceptional communication throughout the process, we ended up choosing them to replace our entire residential roof. A lot of companies make you feel like a chore to them these days, not so with Universal ... I watched them take great care and treat our home as if it were their own. Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed (unless you choose someone else, hah!)
