I can highly recommend Serenity Appliance! I had a refrigerator leak, and Kyle had it fixed in less than an hour. He showed me the damaged part and explained how the leak started. He was very professional and friendly, and I will definitely call this company again if I need appliance repair. Outstanding!

I was given a 4 hour window when I made the appointment and was called right in the middle of that timeframe to let me know that Kyle was on the way. He went right to work and completed the job quickly. He was a very nice guy and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

Kyle was honest and didn't try getting my money, he simply said the fridge was not worth the repairs. True honesty is rare and refreshing!

Kyle did an amazing job. He met me at the door and was very personable. He listened to my concerns, found the problem quickly, he called a few places who both said the part had to be ordered, and then drove to a thirs place to see if they had it in stock...he showed back up at my house 2 hours later with the replacment part and fixed the ice maker. Kyle was phenomenal.

Kyle and Serenity Appliance are the absolute BEST. He has worked on multiple appliances for my house with a thorough, correct and efficient diagnosis and repair.
My elderly parents had a dishwasher issue and I called Kyle. He came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue in the same day. He is patient and explains what he is doing clearly.

I had some off-and-on issues with my 20-year-old GE refrigerator. Scheduling with Serenity was easy, and they were good about appointment reminders and arrival times. Kyle was professional, friendly, and seemed very knowledgeable. He inspected my unit, confirmed its working status, and advised me on parts availability, longevity strategies, and replacement options. He clearly knew what he was talking about. I would definitely call him again if my refrigerator or other appliances had issues.

We will always use Serenity for any appliance issues we have, due to their professional but family feel. We recently had a washing machine die and the laundry was piling up. We called and they made an appointment for the next day, and kept us updated at all times on when they would arrive. They were on time, and the person working on the machine was personable and very knowledgable. He was able to make the repair while he was at the house, he had the needed part on his truck, and the price was a lot lower than I expected. After he replaced the part he spent the time to make absolutely sure it completely fixed the problem (it did.) It is rare to find a company that is so professional and yet you know their names; as I said, they have a family feel. HIGHLY recommended.

This is my second time to use your services. First call was for my dryer, this call for my washer. I got exactly what I experienced the first time which why I called again. The follow up for an appointment was immediate and an appointment for the next morning was confirmed - the repair was easy and quick. It is nice to know there is still a resource for excellent service you can feel confident about, in a time where most companies simply want to put you in que and the quality of the fix is not always a guarantee!
