My HVAC System stopped cooling in the middle of this Alabama Summer Heat....he got me back up and running in a couple hours fortunately after arriving and gave me other important consumer info.

Called Mastercraft to inspect and maintenance my AC and heat units. Never seen my outdoor units so clean. AC is definitely running more efficiently after cleaning. I will use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Michael with Mastercraft heating and cooling company . He came to my house after another HVAC company that made a big mess . They misdiagnosed the problem repeatedly . They ended up changing the coil and the compressor and the problem was still not fixed . Michael figured out the problem and fixed it even under the rain . Mike is very nice. He found the problem and fixed it. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary extra stuff and provided sound advice on what I need to do to improve some things! very very nice guy. I've seen some of these other reviews and I don't understand why some people have been so harsh. Mike is a small business owner and operator who is very professional.

I called Michael out of the blue for a clogged main water line. He immediately came to my house at 8:00 p.m. and fixed the problem. Please consider using small businesses in the Moody area. Michael did a great job at a fair price.

I am a little shocked by these reviews I guess it goes to show you can't please everybody.......I too am from Old Republic warranty; the unit that Micheal worked on has already failed to be fixed by another company. Micheal is the first and only that took the time to find all the issues with my unit, he also responded quickly, and came on "off" hours so my baby can sleep her room again. THANK YOU MICHEAL for your help
