Mr. Reed was very professional and responded quickly! He got our air working in no time and made sure to thoroughly check everything. Anytime we have HVAC problems, we will use them!

Micah came out on the forth of July weekend. It was a 97° day. He figured out our problem and had it fixed within an hrs time. He was very professional, very informative, and very knowledgeable. I had a company come out the day before to fix my unit and I was told that my blower moter was bad. That it would cost $865.00 to fix, and it would take a few days to fix since they had to order the part. So, I bought a blower motor myself cheaper and replaced it. I couldn't get the motor to run with how I had it wired. He got everything running and told me the old blower motor was fine, that the problem was a $50.00 relay. He wired up my motor right and changed the bad relay. I was out 250 dollars. I wish I would have called Reed Heating And Air from the start. They will definitely be the first people I call should I need them for any other HVAC work!

I was in need of emergency service for my elderly parents. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Jeremy had someone at their house immediately. They were courteous and professional and had everything working again in just a few minutes. I can’t recommend Reed Heating & Air enough.

I have dealt with several HVAC companies for repairs and new installs over the years. Jeremy and his team at Reed HVAC are the best around! I contacted Reed Heating and Air after another company that I was working seemed to be one upsell after another with an ongoing problem. Jeremy was able to send someone out next day to assess the issue and come up with a plan that saved us money and gave us heat as quickly as possible. All during the Thanksgiving holiday week! The guys that came to my house were friendly, knowledgeable, kept a clean work area and most importantly, did not stop until they made sure we would have heat! Came home from the beach yesterday and AC was fine. Woke up today and the temp kept rising. I called Reed Heating and Air around lunch and they scheduled me someone between 1:30 and 3:30. They were there a little after 2 and found the problem and fixed it promptly. Josh and Ethan did a great job. They explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on. They didn’t leave until they knew it was up and running and the house was getting cooler. I let them know I always recommend them on Facebook anytime some is asking about who to use for their AC.

Jeremy was a very nice technician. I didn't get to meet him, but my husband stated he was a nice guy. He kept in touch with updates of time arrival. I can't remember the ladies name I spoke to who answered the phone to setup an appointment but she was lovely too. Unfortunately we are going to have to buy a new unit, but he got us up and running until we can decide.

Excellent service! The guys are polite, timely and professional. Their kindness is always appreciated. They are efficient with time spent, detailed with items addressed and clean inside the home. The prices they quote and charge are reasonable - lower than I expected! Highly recommend!

I was out of town on a family vacation and my friend dog sitting let me know our house was not cooling off. I called and within 1 hour or less they were at my house, fixed the problem, and for a very reasonable price.

I would recommend them to anyone! Fast, affordable, reliable, what else could you ask for in a company?

Reed Heating and Air was very professional and kind and did an excellent job for a very fair price! They responded quickly and were very neat and clean.
