Aaron was so great! He figured out we had a thermostat issue and replaced it quickly. He was very nice and professional.

This is the best A/C and refrigeration company in the Hunstville area. I’ve used them multiple times and they’ve always been very personable with very reasonable with their prices. Their technicians are very skilled and stand by their work. I recommend them to everyone that needs A/C work.

Professional. Show up on time. Complete work. Identified other non HVAC issues as observation. Cleaned up after themselves.

Properly identified, diagnosed & repaired the issues with our unit. After receiving their estimate, we got a 2nd estimate from another local company for comparison. The other company’s estimate was literally double the estimate Williams Heating & Air gave us.

If you are looking for someone honest that actually knows what they are talking about.......Please give Marty Williams a call!!!!!! I had a different company come to our home initially to diagnose our broken AC unit. Within 5 seconds of looking at it they gave me 2 very expensive options. We could either buy a new compressor + Coolant, or we could buy a whole new system for around $6,000. We wanted a second a opinion and spoke to some friends who have dealt with Marty in the past and he came highly recommended with glowing reviews from friends of ours! We called him and explained the situation. He was at our house first thing the next morning. Within seconds we found out that the first company had completely lied and Marty had the unit WORKING in a couple of minutes!! We are now having Marty clean and service both of our units as well as replace our fan motor so that it runs smoothly. We are going to save thousands of dollars and a massive headache because we called him. I cannot say enough good things about how nice and professional he was. So please listen to a happy customer who doesn't appreciate being lied to and call this company!

Marty and his team are some of the best in the business who pride themselves in the work they do. They were extremely responsive and professional and I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did. If you are in the Huntsville area and need HVAC work done, then stop wasting your time calling other companies who want to just upsell you something that you don’t need and call Williams AC & Refrigeration and they’ll get you exactly what you need and at an excellent price.

If you're looking for a great HVAC company that will go above and beyond, I would definitely recommend these guys. Aaron came out and spent more time on my system to ensure he covered every aspect before ultimately deciding my compressor need replaced. Once that was replaced, Marty came out and assisted with trying to solve the other issue with the system. Overall, these guys and his company are the most thorough I have ever dealt with.

We have always been able to count on Marty Williams for our hvac needs - from repairing our old system, to installing our new system, and even coming out to our home after the ice storm when our downstairs furnace stopped working in frigid weather. Marty got us on the schedule lightning fast for spring maintenance. Aaron came out today, thoroughly checked our systems, and answered all my questions. He was very kind. Marty is also a super nice guy and very honest. We're thankful we found Williams Air!

Aaron explained everything he replaced and done. He was very efficient and always polite.
He fixed the rollers so they would not make noise when the dryer was on. I always feel very confident when I asked Marty and Aaron to work on my appliances.

As per usual, Marty and his team were awesome. Quick, professional, and thorough. This time, we returned home from vacation to a sweltering hot house and called Williams A/C and Refrigeration immediately. They came out the next day for an assessment (which required a total unit replacement) and then knocked the work out the following day. Not sure if anyone else could've turned around a job like that as quickly as them!
