Michael did a great job for us at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. We are glad we found him and hope he is our plumber for many years to come.

Would have given ZERO stars, but it wasn't an option.

I called Delta Plumbing to inquire about a septic install for a somewhat abnormal situation that may require a formal design. The gentleman that answered was fairly rude in answering my questions, apparently grew frustrated while I was attempting to explain the situation and what the health department had just told me, and then hung-up on me! According to my phone, the call lasted 2 minutes 3 seconds.

I understand if he doesn't want to get involved in this project. It might be excusable if I was being belligerent (which I wasn't). But to hang up on a prospective customer is very poor form. Based on this experience, I would not expect high quality customer service from this business.

Called Friday, my septic needed to be pumped and derooted and a new Inlet and outlet baffles with 4" rubber couplings on both to reconnect to existing lines .. was told they would call me right back, I'm still waiting on the call, but I did manage to save my self probably 2,000$ and just did it all myself... Thanks for slacking guys

Zero suits this scam artist best. Paid for work this month HE DID NOT do. Toilet seal and flange was NOT replaced as charged. In fact, the toilet was not even removed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMER!
