Justice came out and went above and beyond my expectations. He searched for a thermostat which was under warranty and previous installer would not respond. His price was very reasonable!

My Htg/Clg unit was only blowing barely cool air as the compressor nor outdoor fan was running and it was late Friday night. I called Patterson Htg & Clg on a Saturday morning and he answered immediately. Told him what was happening and came within a couple of hours. He replaced the capacitor and ordered a motor as the motor was going bad and draining the capacitor. Even with just the new capacitor I had a really cool home for the weekend. Justin brought the motor early Monday morning and completed the repair. I will definitely call Patterson Htg & Clg for any future issues.
