Great experience. I'm in Atlanta, GA and I was setting up service for a customer of mine. It was simple to set up the service and they did a great job of handling the coordination of getting on-site. I would highly recommend.

Installed a new electric pole and Thompson's came out and hooked it all up to the mobile home. The city really gave us a fit but Thompson's stood by us and got it all worked out.

Called to have a water heater connected. They arrived the same day and ran the necessary wires and had us all set very quickly.

The technician worked tirelessly in and under the house. He pondered several times about where the problem could be. Then he would go to another possible cause. The whole thing seemed impossible but he continued to search for the cause of the problem and found more than one.
