First of all I would like to Thank Farnell Mechanical Company for sending the crew that installed my system. STEVE...Hunter & Devon...You did not dissapoint. You treated my home with care & you were efficient as well as very professional. You all were personable & Courteous. As a Customer I could not have asked for more. This Company should hang on to these guys because a Company is only as good as the people who run it. These guys were Awesome!! Thanks again. I have been doing business with Farnell Heating & Air Conditioning Co., for more than 8 years. They have replaced 2 complete heating & a/c systems for me, as well as 2 major heating system repairs, that several other heating & a/c companies had failed to figure out, after several expensive calls, over a period of 5 or 6 years. They have also done weekend emergency a/c repairs for me that took until 3 am, on a very hot summer night. Most recently (yesterday, 5/28/14, actually) they replaced an old water heater, in a very difficult attic location, in spite of a 3 hr. delay, while the Auburn City Water Dep't cut a very large root away from the shut-off valve at the meter, so that the water could be shut off; and the old water heater could be removed, and the new one installed. They waited, patiently, through the whole delay.

Through all of my experience with Farnell, I have dealt with at least 10 of their service men. From my point of view, as a repeat customer, it would be virtually impossible to find, and hire, better men, than those I have encountered, whenever Farnell was doing work for me. They are, without exception, always on time, very hard working, well-mannered, friendly, and very good at what they do. I have never had a single bad experience with Farnell or their people!!! They're just good people, and I actually trust them. They have never given me any reason not to.

These guys are the best! Kelan is especially knowledgeable and helpful! Always timely if a repair is needed and just so nice! Knows his job and explains everything well.

Farnell Mechanical is the epitome of excellence. Their technicians, their office staff and their management are all true professionals. I use them all year long and I have never been disappointed by the work they do.

Have, and will continue to recommend Farnell…have used for 4 years, and every employee has been great. The Service Agreement is highly recommended.

Always great friendly service. Called at 8:30 in the morning to let them know we had a problem. Actually talked to a friendly person on second ring. Repairman was at my house by 10. He explained the problem and the solution. Highly recommend them.

So impressed with expertise, cost and speed of repairs that i opted to have Braden perform additional corrective repairs to prevent repeated future breakdowns (sadly, the initial installation by different company was shotty at best).

All work completed with one single call…NO SCHEDULING/WAITING WEEKS FOR ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS AND NO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALL FEES !

Farnell Mechanical did fantastic work at my house. They fixed a messed up system and now its great!!!! The entire staff was professional and patient. They were SO thoughtful and took great care to protect my elderly mother. It was such a piece of mind during this Covid-19 outbreak. Great JOB!!!!! Farnell responded very quickly to our request for service. Very friendly staff and Matt, the service tech, was awesome! He provided exceptional service and expertise and stayed late to get our problem completely resolved. We had a great experience with Farnell!

We are very pleased with the service from Farnell. We had a number of issues with our air conditioning and were referred to Farnell. After some troubleshooting with them, they got us squared away with a new system and it hasn’t given us any trouble.
Kelan is the technician who typically services us and we are happy with his work. Plus, he is always pleasant (delightful even) and has a very positive attitude.
