Bodine’s customer service is top quality! We love our Anna as she is quick to get us the assistance we need and very thorough. Not to mention they are quick! The crew works hard every time they come and we never have to worry about”when” or “if” they will come. We also LOVE their texting system so we know when they start:finish a job.

Complaint complaint after complaint AND RANDY BODINE WOULD NEVER RESPOND OR CORRECT HIS MISTAKES, ISSUES, PHONE CALLS ETC ETC. His company is a complete waste of time and money!!!

The owners do not treat the employees right at all. To anyone looking at this please shop somewhere else for a landscape service . Trust me.

Today they broke ANOTHER one of my sidewalk lights and just left it on the ground. That’s the second one. Never even responded to my email about the first complaint. Don’t use them.

Without any doubt, this is in the top ten WORST customer experiences I have ever had. I ordered sod and maintenance from them. They were several weeks late of the promised date for delivery of the sod. Their maintenance crews left ruts in the yard. The worst part was when I called the office I was met with a large degree of apathy from every employee to the owner. Before I'd spend another dollar with Bodines, I'd set it on fire.
