Truett and Charles arrived within the promised time window after having sent a text/picture when they were on the way.
They took care of the problem very quickly, and charged me a fair price. Whatley Brothers is my go to company for plumbing issues.

I called and told them the problem, and they were there within a couple of hours! They were concerned for my family's safety, because I have a gas water heater, so they made time to come fix our problem. We have used them before, and the quality of work, comunication, and friendly employees are consistant! I would reccomend them!

I cannot say enough great things about this business. We had a busted pipe in our building after the freezing temps over the weekend. They came out same day and ended up fixing two busted pipes. I dealt with Capers and I will definitely be using him for future business needs along with personal home plumbing if needed.

Great guys! Came on the coldest day to install a gas line and even discovered a leak on spire’s side they informed me about. Communicated thru every step in the process from quote till my new fire logs were working! Will use them again.

We were going out of town for a few days and I noticed a leak in our water line to the house. I texted Whatley Bros. and got a response within 20 minutes. They showed up an hour later and fixed the leak. That’s what I call service! Thank you Whatley Bros. Y’all are the greatest!

The men worked diligently, and replaced all the old cast iron pipe in our crawl space more quickly than I thought possible. They asked questions, and strove to do all we requested. We are really pleased with their work.

There was a bit of a wait on service due to there being a long list of clients in front of me, but for good reason. The service was great and from the moment they arrived. I had a gas leak on the pipe to my water heater and the technicians quickly diagnosed the problem, offered options for corrective action, took that action, and then offered suggestions to the cause of the problem so that I may prevent future issues and slow down rust buildup on my gas line.

Scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, demonstrated flexibility in handling needs, went out of way to get exact by measurement wants on heater. Reconfigured copper piping as needed. Very good quality installation reasonable price. Very satisfied.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a pipe fail in our house behind our jack and jill bath between our two babies rooms and it was slowly seeping out into the floor and hallway. Truett answered our after hours call immediately. He was cool, calm, and professional. He walked us though the entire process of what to expect after our call ended. His technician, Reid, was dispatched and arrived less than 30 minutes of us calling. Reid was quick, kind, and thorough. He showed us what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. The whole process took 2 hours or less and even finished prior to our babies bedtime. They seem like really great guys and a fantastic company. We would recommend them time and time again.
