Pools Plus has built pools at my last two homes. So excited to start another pool with them at my new home. Gary is great to work with and his project manager and designer, Andrew Mock is awesome! Love working with Pools Plus - Huntsville! I'm looking forward to swimming in my new pool!

Pool Plus built my pool and has been maintaining it for a while. Always dependable and willing to go the extra mile whenever there's a need. It's an ingrown pool with several pumps. Their design has proven effective with no deficiencies. Thanks guys.

Prices are high!

Full service pool care.

Initial purchase was ok. Bought a floor model that was a good buy. But you get what you pay for. Bought a lemon. Service is impossible. Called for service. They were too busy and put us on a list. Called us 6 months later after we had someone else fix.

Both a good and a bad experience.
The positives:
- The price was good
- The install was nice

The negatives:
- Really lacking on the customer service. They did not notify when the would come. The guy who came and measured left his cigarette butts around my pool They told me one date for the install and no one showed up. When I had some concerns about the install, they would not call me back.

Summary:
I would not use them again. I would have gone with someone else.

Typical salesmen tactics. Promise you everything and deliver on nothing. Took our business elsewhere.

3 bad pump hoses. Trips back and fourth to change. Lots of water lost. And owner or employee offered nothing, but a hang up.

I had to have other professionals fix what they wouldn't per our agreement. One of the worse contractor experiences I (personally) have ever had, period.

Worst company ever. No proffessionalism at all. Bragging how they learned scam ppl by watching youtube. 👍 good job fellas ....youre useless ....i made a mistake coming to them before i read the reviews. Thank God after i realized who they are i went elsewhere

Can't give 0 stars or I would!

They have had our 700 bucks up front for 2 months to " fix" our jacuzzi...Still not working -and I was just told we owe them another $200..When i complained Alec hung up on me..Owner hasn't called back to address our problem like he was supposed to last week...Must be relatives or friends giving them positive reviews b/c this is worst company we have dealt with in a long time!! Don't pay upfront!! Pay when it's fixed if they can fix it!
