Came out to see what was wrong. I thought I would need 2 new parts from a friend looking at it a couple of years ago when this same thing had happened. Worked fine until it didn’t. I thought I was going to have to get a new insert but just a little TLC and all is well

I've used Valley for years and was somewhat reluctant to stay after new ownership. I spoke with Tim (new owner) to schedule my annual maintenance and a couple of days later Tim shows up personally to perform the work. Top notch leadership, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Tim surpassed my expectations.

I love Valley Heating and Air! Very helpful and always there when I need them. The new owner is very friendly and has a great team. I just got my new unit serviced and my yearly plan makes it easier to take care of it, and is reasonably priced.

I absolutely adore Tim and the crew! Great job! Easy to work with! There’s nothing worse than being cold in the winter and hot in the Alabama summers! I obtained 3 bids for this job! The communication from Valley is awesome. They stay in touch with you, text you and email you about your appointments. The service folks even call when they are headed your way. They are very polite and explain things well. This business model should be used by every other business.

The guys did amazing work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and also were very professional. The quality of work is great as well.

Valley Heating and Air contacted us and came out the same day. David was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed and AC. I highly recommend the company. We have just seen David again for maintenance work in our AC devices. Extremely knowledgeable and nice to work with as was his colleague.

A Friend recommended I call Valley Heating and Air several weeks ago. So glad I did. Kristy the receptionist is friendly, helpful, responsive and a joy. David, the experienced serviceman who serviced my equipment, has my complete confidence, has reinstalled some poorly placed furnace purifiers, has replaced nonfunctioning equipment, set me up with appropriate filters and has my system working good again. I highly recommend this company and their work.

People at Valley Hearing and Air are super nice and knowledgeable. They are on time and do a great job of keeping our HVAC system working well.

They do a great job and are very friendly. When they came this summer to service the AC they removed a snake from the side of the house. They definitely deserve a A+ for that.
