I've had nothing but excellent customer service and responsiveness from NatureScape, Inc. I highly recommend them if you are looking for value and professionalism.

We use Nature Scapes to plant and maintain all the grounds in RIverchase and they do a excellent job. Always easy to work with.

NatureScape is detail oriented and does amazing flower design and installs. They have a team who knows how to make recommendations and offer solutions. Definitely give them a try!

The Greystone Farms HOA contracted with Naturescape Inc to upgrade and restore the community walking lake trail following several years of neglect and the aftermath of a tornado that uprooted trees, caused significant erosion and destroyed homes in the area. They gave us good advice, planned the work and completed the plan timely. Our community has visually improved dramatically with the work they have done.

I have been a client for 3 years and would recommend them to anyone. I particularly appreciate Tony and his courteous and kind service!

I had the pleasure of meeting the most courteous and professional worker I’ve ever seen, Sean King. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve been through several different companies over the years and he pays very close attention to detail and is thorough in his work. You can tell that he cares about his work, the company and more importantly, the customers. If you want to have your work done right the first time and every time I highly recommend that you request him to service your home/business. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great experience with NatureScape and will use them again. They exceeded our expectations. They were creative, professional, and a great group to work with. They also cleaned up everyday. Through the whole process, my yard looked better than the day before and there were no signs that they had been there. Highly recommend.

Had a small incident with an employee and I am really surprised of the ownership and integrity of the company as a whole. I have had multiple calls of “how do we make this right.” I think that’s a great sign to a dependable and accountable business.

POOR SERVICE

Its pretty bad I hated being there litteraly only workers there long enough to get some money then bailed

The most unprofessional worker I’ve ever encountered in my neighborhood works for this company. He has a man ponytail and he disrespects military members. I didn’t deploy to come back and be berated in my own neighborhood. And apparently he has a record of being a hot head to members of the community. This happened on Trace Crossing in Hoover. He’s going to get rocked one day if he continues

Our company, Bailey's Renew-o-vators Cleaning Service provided service to Naturescape back in August. In spite of several notices and phone calls, they still have not paid us even though they indicated they were very satisfied with our service. If this is typical of how they operate, I suggest staying away.

Aweful !
We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They asked how big the job was. I assume they don't want to bother if it's small. Well we plan on spending $30-50k for landscaping. When they finally made an appointment, they were a no show/no call. Completely unprofessional ! I wouldn't trust them.
