I recently worked with Brandenn Pickett and Cardinal Roofing Company, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Brandenn was incredibly professional, diligent, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and that the job was done right.

The Cardinal Roofing installers and staff also stood out for their timeliness and efficiency. The installers were neat, respectful of my property, and kept everything clean throughout the job. The staff was very helpful and communicated every step of the way, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

At the time of writing this review my husband and I have worked with Cardinal Roofing a couple times and are currently waiting on roof installation to be scheduled. The first was for the repair of a shed roof. The crew gave a modest quote but ended up repairing more than half of the shed's roof at no additional charge. The second has been for a few estimates for repairs of the roof on the house. Each person we have met has been punctual, respectful, and clear, providing photographic evidence of their suggestions. Our most recent encounter was with Roy Evans. He was all of the things I mentioned previously, clear, thorough, punctual, and kind. He has continued an appropriate amount of communication and follow up while we are waiting on scheduling to assure us that we are not just simply a sale.

An update to this review will come if needed, but so far things have gone well and we have been please with our encounters with Cardinal Roofing.

Had a Great experience with Cardinal roofing thanks to Brandenn Pickett! He was very professional and on time! One of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. He took care of us from filing a claim on home owners until the roof was finished. I highly recommend Cardinal Roofing and I would ask for Brandenn Pickett. I had a leak from our skylight that ended up due to flashing. The roof was still under warranty. Steven help to eventually fixed the problem and repairing the inside damages was extremely and exceptionally helpful. He was so nice and took care of the whole process so professionally.

I met with Shane a few weeks ago, he assessed my roof, provided thorough information and walked me through the process. His demeanor is friendly and he is knowledgeable of the company and it’s offers and expertise. Though I am unable to afford a roof replacement, I recommend you contact them if you’re in the market for roofing. Pleasant experience.
