Al came right away. He's very friendly, and knowledgeable about his craft. He diagnosed and repaired my air conditioner under 45 minutes. His professionalism and attitude is a tremendous credit to this company!

I have received services from this company twice. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable the technicians are about air conditioning units. The technician, Kevin, arrived to my home promptly and diagnosed my issue in an efficient/timely manner. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional, knowledgeable technicians, at an affordable price.

AL is THE MAN. Extremely knowledgeable, Very professional. AC thermostat was not responding, AL knew the problem right away. He explained everything to me, explain what he was doing and why. I feel like a tech now since I know a little knowledge...He is highly recommended and I will refer him to anyone. Anytime of the day or night, AL will make himself available. An amazing service technician! I had another company out here and wanted to charge me an ungodly amount of money and Al came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I got a better deal and the problem was different from the other companies diagnosis. I have so much confidence in Al that I will refer him and Express to everyone. Thank you for a coming out and saving the day!

When our A/C quit on a Sunday night figured it was mission impossible but called anyway. Within an hour we were back up and running. Technician was friendly and polite but more importantly obviously knew what he was doing. There is no way anyone could have been more responsive to our need and on top of that the repair cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone in need.

After installing a new WiFi type thermostat in our home we were having some issues with our old unit. Al came out and was quick to identify the fault and fixed it. Also took the time to check the rest of our system and provide some helpful recommendations to prevent future issues. Great guy “Al”, quick service, low cost.

First time using their service and was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Made an appointment for routine preventive maintenance and service on our AC before the season really kicks off and was able to get an appointment in a few days. An issue I had with my HVAC was the noise level at the return and Kevin took the extra time to discuss this issue and made recommendations with the type of filter to use. I since replaced my filter with the type he recommended and, wow, what a difference. Thank you. Kevin took the time to also explain all the maintenance that was conducted and possible future issues I may have with my unit of which he laid out the courses of action to take with costs and such if those future issues should occur. Overall a great service and support experience and a very personable guy to boot. I will be using their service in the future.

Our initial call was to see if we could have our old dinosaur of a heating/air unit repaired or have it officially diagnosed as dead. Phillip (technician) came out to check it and was very helpful and professional. Once it was discovered that it was in fact beyond reasonable repair, he waited with me until Mike (sales) arrived. Information was relayed between them before Phillip left me in Mike's care. Both gentlemen answered any questions we asked and went out of their way to explain things. Even though it was the end of the day, calls were made after hours and our new system was installed and running by lunch the next day. We certainly recommend them and will be using them again!

I called on a Sunday not expecting to see the service tech for a day or two. He was here within 45 minutes of my call. I would recommend this person if you have air conditioning problems. He was fast, friendly and and apparently, highly skilled. Thank you for sending him Express.

After calling 3 different people/companies this week and they were all no shows. I called Express Heating & Air they had someone out here in less than an hour!!! Our technician Al was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He had my A/C working in no time. I HIGHLY recommend them

Very reliable and prompt. We have called Express multiple times for repairs, service, and most recently to replace our AC system. If there are any concerns or issues., they go the' extra mile to resolve them.

Al has the best kind of customer service you just don’t see these days. He arrived extremely fast and got right to work. He also walked me through step by step as he fixed the problem so that I could have a better understanding of what he was working on. If every company / business had Al’s work ethic the World would be a better place.

These guys were awesome. They came on time and were quick with their ability to identify and fix the problem with my unit. It was apparent that the lead was well versed in his skill set and was both patient and respectful with me and my questions. I trust in his recommendations and have found my forever A/C guy!

Technician very professional. Called at 7pm fully expecting no one to be able to be out until the next day. He was at my home within the hour. No power to the thermostat and he had to trace a ton of wires to find the issue. He worked through them, found the issue and had us back up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend and will be doing business with them again!

I used this company to install an AC and furnace in my home and they did an awesome job. They were punctual and knowledgeable. They stayed all day to complete the job-- even when we lost power twice because of the storm and had to use flashlights to continue working--so that our family would have AC on these 95 degree days. Their prices were reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work.

Our family has used and trusted Express Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 6 year while we have owned our home. Each of their staff and technicians have always lived up to the Express name making house calls in a timely manner. Their staff have always been constant professionals explaining what the issue was and how it was fixed. When it came to the purchase and installation of a new air conditioner, again they lived up to name making sure the process was seamless and we were well informed of everything.

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday evening and we were not sure who we would call. After some research and the awesome reviews left for Express we decided to give them a call. I called the following morning not expecting someone to be able to come almost immediately and on a weekend.The gentleman that answered my call took our info and before we knew it Phillip was at our house and diagnosed the problem within minutes! He had the part on his truck and had us up and running in no time!! So glad we made the call! We could not be more pleased with the service we received! A huge THANK YOU to Phillip and Express!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They are very pleasant & professional. We are selling our home and needed to have the HVAC system replaced. The salesman Michael was very friendly. He understood we are selling the home and didn't try to upsell his products. He offered us a quality unit at a very reasonable price. The technician was just as pleasant to work with. He completed the installation in a timely & efficient manner. I would most definitely recommend Express Heating & Air Conditioning.

I cannot say enough about this company. If you are looking for someone who cares about their clients, this is the company for you! I had an air conditioner emergency on a Friday afternoon. My house was at a steamy 86 degrees and nothing I did was helping. I called Express to see what they could do and within 1.5 hours of my initial call, my air was back up and running. Travis and Trent came to the rescue; they quickly identified the issue, quoted a price and fixed it! Their prices are fair and reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I have air conditioner needs and will highly recommend them! Thank you T & T dynamite for being our superheroes!!!!

Had a replaced by Express Heating and Air. Phillip gave a great price on the new unit. Patrick and JJ did a great job on the installation even in the rain. They took care as to not track up the house and the installation site was cleaned up great. They answered all the questions I had and had a great attitude about them the whole time. They will be my AC people from now on. Thanks guys for a great job.

Our AC system went out in the middle of summer that required immediate replacement, express heating and air gave us the best option in price and service time through a insured company. I went through five other companies to see what the best pricing and service was with this situation. I’m overall satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the workers that completed the job I would highly recommend this company.
