Had another company come look at my AC unit a few times and they could never find the problem..so i called Hugh's and they fixed it in less than an hour..Now i can survive this summer.

Hugh and His co-workers recently install a Water Heater at my home they did a excellent job! Also 4 years ago they installed a Furnace and Air Condition at my home and did another excellent job. ! Highly Recommended! Awesome!

Hunter came out to fix a problem another company that was assigned through 2-10 warranty created. He quickly identified that wrong parts were installed that could have caused a fire in my attic. The previous company also said I need a part replaced that they didnt fix because 210 wouldn't cover it so I was forced to find a company and pay out of pocket. Hunter could have taken advantage like the other company did and replace a part that didn't need it and charge me but he was beyond transparent and honest. I am so thankful for him. He even walked me through how that part of the system works so I would be better educated if something like that happened again. Being a military family we move often and he gave me one more piece of knowledge for the future. People of strong moral character who also uphold golden ethical practices are not a dime a dozen. Thanks Hunter. You're one of the good ones.

Hugh's Heating & Air is my number one service provider on my AC&Heating unit. The Hugh and Hunter team are qualified professionals who get the job done. I want to thank Crystal (office manager) for always being so helpful and courteous in providing great customer service. When you call for service, this team is prompt in coming out, rain or shine, to assess your problem and provide you with a solution. They recently installed my new unit and they did a great job!!! I have nothing but praise for this team (Hugh & Hunter) who has been my service-team for quite some time now. Their service costs are reasonable and budget-friendly. They took two weeks to fix my air in the summer...I'm actually still waiting

I advise anyone who is having unit problems to think twice before contacting this company they have terrible customer service and don't believe in fixing their own mistake. Had a BRAND NEW unit installed and it never cooled or heated properly. Paid $85 for them to come and look at it within the year warranty. They never explained what the problem was or even attempted to find out why. Had another company give a diagnostic and they explained that there was either a leak of Freon or it was never soldered correctly.

Didn't show for the appointment we had on Labor Day as the office lady said he was working. I texted when I arrived at my property on the day of the appointment but got no response. I called several hours later and he stated there was a mix-up with the office lady. He was willing to come out but I had another appointment and could not wait. 1 star because I texted and he never responded.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Tech came out and told us it would be a certain amount.They ended up charging over 100.00 more. After waiting over a week for them to order a part we had to call them to be told it had been in a few days they just hadn’t had time to return. The problem was not repaired and they broke the vent cover on the unit just to say it was already broken. When they did return they said the unit was operating correctly, yet at random times it will not even turn on and cool. I had to call another company and they were out within 2 hours and within 24 hours have located the problem and are making arrangements to repair it.I would not call Hugh’s out for anything very rude to me and my wife. This was for my mother in- law which is an elder lady.

I really hope this isn’t how they do business on a regular but I had scheduled service with them to happen between 8am to 11 am. Not only did they not call to update or explain, but then proceeded to show up 2 1/2 HOURS LATER!!! Didn’t even apologize at all for the inconvenience. The service tech ignored me when I brought up the 8-11 scheduled time. I need my ac fixed so I had no choice but to let them continue with their job. But be warned that they will not show up when they say they will.
