Jeff Struble did an amazing job. After having three other plumbers come out(Fort Mitchell) telling us they were ordering parts needed but never return Struble Plumbing finally fixed both faucets in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with service. I needed more work than I thought. It was explained what and why I needed the work done. When the came out to do the work they were professional and answered my questions about what they were doing as they were working. Of all the plumbers that I have use, they were the best. They were very transparent on cost and work needing to be done.

Great company. Honest people doing their jobs the right way. I've used Struble twice, once to replace a tankless water heater unit and recently to repair another unit that a different company (Hayes plumbing) quoted $8000 to replace. Not only was that an inaccurate assessment (Struble fixed by replacing two parts), but it was also unbelievably too high of a replacement cost. I know because of other plumbers i know and Struble replaced my last one much, much less than that and it's the same model. In an industry with a lot of unethical people, i highly recommend Struble plumbing. Both Wesley and Will were great and each time were here when they said they'd be here. I'd trust them with any plumbing needs, but i can personally say these are your guys if you have a tankless WH. Two success stories using them. Thank you Struble plumbing!

This company came out right away to do a walk-through and provide a quote. They set up washer hookup in detached laundry room, water heater also, removed and replaced ssome old pipes, checked gas lines to restore gas service. Service was above and beyond and especially appreciated Will's communicating regular updates. I highly recommend, without reservation.

Will and Mason did a 5+ star job. They were punctual and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Will took the time to give me a tutorial while conducting the repairs. He was also happy answer questions about other areas of the home and was very thorough. I highly recommend this company, ask for Will.

I had an emergency with a stopped up sewer drain. Struble Plumbing was courteous, heard my situation, and worked me into their schedule that day. Wes, their technician, came, was very professional and courteous. He determined that the stoppage was in the city's section of the drain. He said the he could fix it but it would be free if the city unstopped the blockage. He could have done the work and charged me but his honesty was evident. Wes assisted me in contacting the city and their crew arrived later that afternoon to correct the problem. I highly recommend this company for its efficiency, customer care and helpfulness and especially their honesty. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great people and company. During my time in Alabama as a home builder I couldn’t have asked for a better trade partner. Always responsive, and on schedule. Only wish I could’ve brought Struble Plumbing back home to KY! It’s very rare to find a company with the strive, honesty and know how that Struble Plumbing has at a reasonable price.

These guys treat your house as if it was their own with all of the excellent service they provide. They did a great job on the repiping of my plumbing due to so many leaks in the slab. i would highly recommend them if you need a plumber. They are awesome. Glad my husband and I had them referred to us. We appreciate all of the hard work.

We're very thankful for Will L. Our water heater hose busted in our wall. He was very professional and clean while making the repairs. He took time to explain what happened and why as well as the make recommendations regarding the additional damages the water caused and will now need to be repaired. This will be our go to company for any future issues.
