As a short term rental real estate investor, I now know who I can depend on when something comes up with my mini splits. What a relief! So glad to have found this company 😃

The service you gave me was very professional in all areas: your hours of operation, promptness, thoroughness, and integrity. Gage explained my heating problem as well as gave some safety measures and tips. He asked if I had carbon monoxide monitors in place, and if not they do the service as well.. I showed him my portable one, and he recommended a better place to put it for effectiveness. I truly appreciate going the " extra mile" with your professionalism to show that you care for your clients. As a professional educator, I give your service an A++ Thank you.

The tech that came out was great. He was a different person that came out last year. River region heating and cooling is priced fair and the tech was honest, nice and professional. The tech had my AC up and going in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely recommend.

I would just like to say OUTSTANDING job to Matt. You’re the best! I didn’t have a good experience the first time and he called me right away to come back out and reinspect my unit. I honestly didn’t think it would make a difference and he proved me wrong! He told me what I needed and got my ac unit working! I couldn’t thank him enough before leaving. He was professional, nice and a pleasure to talk with while he was working in pouring rain. I called on a Sunday at 5:30. He was here and finished by 7:00. I have a new home and found out the original installer did terrible work. This the second time I've had River Region out to make sure the system is working properly after some abnormal noise. They reassured we are still good to go. Worth the visit from these super nice and super fast folks and they were here within the same day I called for service. 10/10 would recommend

I noticed my ac drain line was clogged one night so I called the next morning and was able to get someone out a few hours later. Joe came within the timeframe we scheduled, he identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I will be saving their number and using them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future

I called the company in Montgomery that installed my American Standard heat pump because it wasn’t working and they said it would be three days before they could get to me. Now I realize they did me a favor because I then called River Region Heating and Cooling! River Region Heating & Air got to my house 5 minutes before I did and had the air conditioner running in a few minutes. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and professional! I now have them programmed into my phone, and I recommend that you do as well!

Each time I've had to have maintenance work, RRHC are always quick to resolve any issues. I had to have more extensive work this time and Matt truly went above and beyond to help me get it back up and running better than ever. I'm so thankful for Matt and his team.
