Hats off to Tim and the crew. He is a man of his word. Best price and a very professional job. Being a snowbird, I didn't know anyone in this field and I wasn't going to be able to be there. I had 3 'large' oaks to remove. Tim called several times to keep me informed.... give Hug 'Em and Cut 'Em a call. You won't be sorry.

The best tree service company in my opinion. Very HONEST & showed up on time. Having a Certified Arborist is priceless. They even cleaned up all the debris. Only way I could tell they were at my house was the missing tree & the oak tree branches trimmed

Tim and his crew did excellent work removing two very large oaks from my backyard. One of the oaks was just mere feet from my garage. Thank you very much for the job well done.

Tim, the owner is straight forward with everything. He says he will be there and he is. His pricing is fair, he covers everything that he will be doing. There are no surprise cost. He and his crew work are great. I highly recommend Hug'em and Cut'em!!

I use quite a few contractors and I was impressed by how quickly they responded . Got me a quote and was able to start my job . They priced me a fair job . Had the right equipment to get the job done . Was very friendly! I am 100% satisfied with Hug em and Cut em . I don’t usually leave a review unless it was really good or really bad . So I gave them with 5 stars !

The showed up a day early and got the job done fast. Always answer the phone when called and are very professional. They had a limb fall on my fence and cause a little damage, they took care of it and let me know right away, which is rare for a contractor. I will definitely use them again if I need tree work done.

Tim Pouncey of Hug'em and Cut'em Tree Service was a Godsend. A dangerously split huge Centennial Heritage Oak with sprawling limbs over my house was handled with expertise and at a price much more affordable than other tree services I contacted. From the start Tim treated me like family coming over and calling regularly as wet weather was constantly encroaching, contacting the appropriate city personnel for permission to cut this "protected" tree, and most of all his caring crew's expertise, made the whole experience unforgetable. I give Hug'em and Cut'em my highest possible recommendation!

I called to get a quote from Hug ‘Em and Cut ‘Em Tree Service after discovering that my beautiful live oak shade tree had damaged my slab/foundation, and the owner returned my call on a Sunday and came out the next day to quote my tree removal. We received quotes from other tree service companies, but hired Hug ‘Em and Cut ‘Em and are so happy we did! The owner and his crew are punctual, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I am a Realtor and have added them to my list of preferred vendors for clients!

Great service. I had a tree that was leaning on another tree due to Hurricane Sally. If fallen, both of these trees would have landed on my roof. Called around and price checked a few of the local tree cutters. Not only was Hug'em and Cut'em cheaper but they came out promptly and got the job done. Highly recommend their services.

Tim Pouncey & his crew did an awesome job for us! We had 2 large trees in our backyard that was very close to our house with some large limbs hanging over our house! I can’t give more than 5 stars here on this site; but if I could I would!
We had gotten 3 quotes to cut these trees & grind the stumps; and Tim gave us by far the best quote! We will definitely call Tim again for any of our tree needs!

This company is awesome! Tim and his crew(s) have done work at my office and personal residence. They are honest, reasonably priced, and know what they're doing! I highly recommend them for tree removal and cleanup cleanup.

We had a simple and easy time scheduling this week and the work was great. They were prompt. Tree removal was quick and they cleaned up any debris afterwards.

Tim and his crew really impressed me today with their skills. They took down an old pecan tree while I watched. The fence which was less than 3 ft away was never touched! Tim is such a friendly guy and sincerely wants to give a great price for quality work! He doesn’t work his crew on weekends so they all have time for family and worship. When they left my yard was totally clean. I would recommend them without any reservations. PLee

As the owner of a large yard with many longleaf pines and live oaks, I have used many tree services in the past. Hug 'em and Cut 'em Tree Service is by far the best I've ever used. Tim and his highly experienced crew cut down three large pines, trimmed another, cleaned up all the debris, and ground the stumps all and about an hour and a half. I won't hesitate to call them when I need tree service again.

We are so happy with this crew’s performance! We had a huge tree in a difficult to get to space and they took it down with no problem. We also appreciated that they did an excellent clean up afterwards. We are happy to recommend Tim and his crew!!

All I have to say is WOW! We had a very dead tree dangerously close to our house that the builder would not remove. After we closed on the house, we called Hug ‘Em and Cut ‘Em and they came out the very same day to give us a quote. The price was so reasonable and they had it done the next day. You can’t ask for more responsive work than that! Tim was very polite and great at communicating. Highly recommend them!

A reasonably priced company with actual knowledge about trees. It is evident this young man is passionate about his work and about trees. He is no nonsense but takes the time to explain the reasoning behind his recommendations and he can back it up with education and experience. He cares about what his client wants. He had to take down a 60 yr old live oak tree that was rotten in the middle although it looked fairly healthy to a novice. Lucky to get it down before a storm caused damage to the house. The site was left cleaner than he found it. No question, I will use him in the future. Good job, Tim!
